Хочу сказать относительно установки на SD карту - как ключевого условия конкурса. Согласно мануалу, эта возможность есть для Андроида с API8 - т.е. 2.2 и выше. И устанавливать на карту можно не все приложения, список того, чего нельзя есть тут: developer.android.com/guide/appendix/install-location.html (Applications That Should NOT Install on External Storage).
