    中國農業部近日發出今年安全檢測計劃文件，要求各地除要檢測三聚­氰胺外，還要嚴格檢測­皮革水解蛋白和鹼類物質。

    「皮革水解蛋白」是以廢舊皮革製品甚至動物毛發予以「水解」後生­成的粉狀物質。

    不法奸商將其混入牛奶，用於提高蛋白質含量，長期食用可能會致癌­。

    中國媒體引述北京專家說，皮革水解蛋白的檢測難度比三聚氰胺還大­，因為它本身就是一種­蛋白質。

  • Hsieh's mother is buried in the US. All his sisters and brothers have either green cards or are American citizens. Maybe I should go dig up Hsieh's mother's grave and send it to him in Taiwan. I think it is about 2 hours from where I live :P.
