  • That is definitely an E-175 :) Or 170, almost the same plane.

  • They discontinued that route and that's their only E170 still in their fleet. I wonder if they moved it on another route or discontinued the last one already. Great a/c.

  • Embraer

  • Gees someone forgot to warn them about the puddle off to the left.

  • looks like an embraer 170

  • i thought they were dumping fuel on 0:06 :-D

  • check the windscreen wipers going at warp speed..

  • Yup.................. Its Clearly a A380

  • AIRBUS FOR FUCK SAKE. THE WINOWS EXACTLY LIKE A AIRBUS AND SO ARE THE WINGS FARK

  • Most Virgins are boeings this is a Airbus

  • @MrTripsJ erj 170

  • @monkeetime Pan Am doesn't even own any concords. And all concords retired like 9 years ago. Virgin does NOT own any cessna's.

  • @awesomeguy529 Dude, it was just a joke !!

  • virgin 737 i know coz im aussie

  • @EASTYJAZ34 its an embraer 170

  • @AlexFHDVideos2 Correct. We don't fly them anymore, just 190's.

  • @SierraKilo9

    FW190's?????? :-P

  • wow those wipers are fast!

  • who heard how loud the touch down was?

  • thumbs up if your aussie

  • It's quite normal for a Virgin to get wet.

  • @Parag0n ROFLMAO!!!!!

  • @Parag0n lol

  • It is an Embraer. Virgin blue Australia does not possess any Cessna... Check wikipedia (or the airline's website) if you don't trust...

  • "VERY WET!!!" LOL

  • ERJ-170

  • Comment removed

  • is that a 190

  • WHOA NELLIE!!!!

  • Lmao! Wet n Wild water ride!!

  • hmm, like a lot of people on videos I'm just gonna pretend to be a pilot and correct people :)

  • Is that loud sound the engines reversing thrust?

Or can only a few high bypass engines reverse thrust? (assuming most commercial airliners fly on turbofans)

  • Srsly? They chem trail the goddamn runway?

  • Use reverse in wet weather - cool!

  • It's an E170.

  • he washed the plane hahahaha..

  • 0:39 Windshields ON

  • @piAniztX they're vortexes of the wings, they usually occur during moist air conditions or when pulling high G maneuvers

  • its an ebmraer erj 170 or an 190

  • @f6jordan 170

  • Bit bumpy landing there..

  • Why the virgin jettison? Got her climax?

  • Comment removed

  • what the hell are they spraying out the wings before touching down???

  • @piAniztX They arent ejecting anything, its the wing tip vortices that are visible.

  • Wasn't esp wet. The reversers kicked up the water.

  • Neat way to dry off the runway!!

  • Thrust reversers are where its at!!!

  • if my cars windshield wipers could go that fast.......

  • @monster29456 If our cars could go that fast.... :P FTFY

  • thats just how they get the bugs off the windshield

  • there were only virgins on board

  • Yeah that is awesome!!!

  • wat plane is this

  • Oh, the idiots arguing about what plane this is... Clearly this is a Cessna 152. Trust me, I know. I am a pilot.

  • @monkeetime

    lol! XD

  • @monkeetime hahahahahahahaha

  • @monkeetime TRUE STORY BRO

  • @monkeetime trust me, you are an idiot, I know

  • @iRacingWrecks Quite obviously you are NOT a golfer...

  • @monkeetime you are all wrong. . . . ITS A VIRGIN PLANE it says it right on the side

  • @cobiafish Christ, people, stop arguing with me! This is a Cessna 172, I would know, I am an airline pilot. I fly the Concorde for Pan Am.

  • @monkeetime HOLY HELL it was a DAMN JOKE. . . VIRGIN ; )

  • @monkeetime

um no.... OPEN YOUR EYES its a freaking Hand glider, and I know because I am a qualified "keyboard warrier" ;)

  • @notsureyou Bullshit. No way this is a hand glider. Look at the two jet engines - totally a Cessna 152. You probably usually know your stuff, but are out of your element right now. You can even see the two streams of water ballast being dumped out of the wings just before he lands, at 0:06 - totally a Cessna thing.

  • @monkeetime

nah mate get your facts right... if its dumping water its a freaking Zepplin..... sheesh do some reasearch ;)

  • @notsureyou You are thinking of the Titanic.

  • @monkeetime

nah the titanic didnt make it to its destination so def cant be :)

  • OMG! Chemtrails!!!

  • Woah! That looked like it hydro-planed...

  • The humidity levels are over 9000!

  • The virgin is really wet!! lol one silly mistake and they all would be dead right now

  • Damn, that virgin got wet.

  • what's the smoke coming out of the wing before touchdown?

  • @omarsk8r729 those are called wingtip vortices

  • @omarsk8r729 This is steam caused by condensation around wingtips, and anything disturbing the air flow over and under the wings. This phenomenon appears in wet weather at normal speeds and acceleration, or in normal weather under extreme G factor (see jet fighters during sharp maneuvers).

  • jettisoning?

  • @silentscallywag first off wrong word usage "jettison" means to get rid of something like the space shuttles jettisoning the rocket boosters second off those are wing vortices

  • @ghettoperson257 i thought the plane jettisonintg its fuel, idk, okay

  • @silentscallywag ok i understand

  • im brazilian and embraer is the best

  • @FABamx123 I'm American and Boeing are better.

  • its a airbus a310 lol Boeing 737 is much fatter

  • @razor281 ...it's an Embraer E170....that why the video says arrival of an E-jet!!!!!!!.............it's one of the Brazilian E series regional airliners.......not every twin engined jet is either a Boeing or Airbus!!!

  • @razor281 yeah....no its a ejet-190

  • @razor281 oh and a a310 is a wide body aircraft

  • @razor281 N O !!!first of all shut up second of all: a European Airbus A310 is fatter and its a wide bodied jet does that look like a widebody to you? third of all thats not even an American Boeing 737 jet its a Brazilian Embraer E-170

  • круто !!!!

  • That was one WET 'Virgin' lol!

  • wow , he kinda plopped that baby down didn't he

  • it is a brazilian airplane :) embraer jets the best !

  • I got wet just watching this video..... (;-)

  • no problem it has ABS lol

  • Aquaplaning ^^

  • nothing like hydroplaning a loaded 737 at 145 Kn.

  • @stevegauth30 - That's not a 737 it's a 757

  • @cdhanks embraer 170...

  • They emptied the toilet as they landed cause Booney was on the flight and drank 52 cans of VB

  • hahaha a wet virgin...

  • @ninjasquirrelsrock too funny bro

  • @ninjasquirrelsrock

    69th like er !! :D

  • Airplanes have window wipers.......... wouldnt they just blow off.......

  • Comment removed

  • gr8 post... thanks for sharing!!

  • A320 xD

  • @BlueguitarJamz EmBraer 190

  • @AlexFHDVideos Embraer E-170. All of them except for one have now been sold to delta air lines in the united states

  • @qantas8888 oh, LOL. i just thought that because virgin has 170's and 190's

  • @BlueguitarJamz thats not at a320 you nut.

  • wow, i love how the wingtip vortices disappear at 0:12 , shows that the plane really does completely lose lift when it's wheels touch the ground.

  • @arias1772 Thanks for pointing that out, that's actually really cool.

  • Nice aircraft went to Cyprus from Nice via Geneva on one, with Baboo Airlines, though having a pee in the loo is a problem no headroom lol

  • Plane washing level 99 :)

  • Comment removed

  • This is a Embraer plane?

  • @alos75 Yes it is.

  • @alos75 Embraer 190

  • I want plane wipers for my car!

  • the wipers went nuts lol

  • @MrRandomppl good observation!

  • @MrRandomppl LMFAO i just noticed that shah

  • @MrRandomppl lmaooooooooooooooo

  • usual wet arrival, the reason the runway looks so wet is because the trust inverter on the engines wipe the runway

  • they have some bollocks ill give em that

  • That's a lot of standing water. Very dangerous can lead to hydroplaning. Haven't they heard of grooved runways?

  • That is sooo friggin hot!

  • Never seen wipers go that fast lol.

  • Good vid. Thanks.

  • embraer brasil ...

  • The plane before dumped the toilet tank onto the runway...

  • @RaisuliLordoftheRiff I was in it...glad I survived to tell the tale

  • @Borck103 me too.. what seat were you in?

  • @fsxpilot21 63K

  • @Borck103 I was in 64K.. small world

  • @RaisuliLordoftheRiff That would be a shitty landing if they did

  • is he droping fuel at the final?

  • @Flugfritze96 why will he drop fuel when his gonna land. lol

  • @Flugfritze96 no its called a flare, due to the wings shape (like a tear drop) it cuts the air, this creates a downward and upwards pressure keeping the aircraft in the air, when it comes to land the pilot picks the nose up in what is called a flare

  • @Flugfritze96 They are wingtip vortices. Due to the weather conditions the cores of the vortices become visible as water vapour condenses.

  • lol if mohobmi was in there he would sing Bumpy Ride :P

  • VIRGIN....LOL

  • fuel dumping?? MORON! this it's humidity

  • I like how fast the windshield wipers are moving XD

  • why does he have the afterburners on when he is landing?

  • @TheeGoldenOreo he doesn't. not to mention there aren't afterburners on airliners...

  • @TheeGoldenOreo they arent after burners its reverse thrust from the engines to slow the plane down

  • Comment removed

  • reverse thrust. What a wonderful thing until you need to back up at the tarmac :P

  • A Virgin no more...had to shower off the cum...LOL...

  • That's hot.

  • obviously a visual approach...

  • I got to but those tyres mann if my car meets a road like that n i'm doing about 80 i am fucked!

  • I live there and fly in and out from this airfield. This airfield is 12 ft AMSL and built on wetlands/swamp.Construction will begin soon to upgrade the existing runway/airport. Thank God for that. Well needed.

    Local Pilot :-)

  • nice footage there mate.

  • Hehe the title was funny

  • Chemtrails

  • @disgustingcreepymale Contrails! stop beeing som paranoia

  • Fuel dumping O.o

  • @airtrend no?

  • @AdverbAdjective Yeah fuel dumping while it was descending look at the wings its a fuel dumping......

  • @airtrend that's condensation from air vertices...

  • The condition of rwy was so poor?

  • The pilot hardly flared during that landing... the nose wheel slams down rather hard right after main gear touchdown, and the plane does a little bounce.

  • @iwannaplaycs Meant to happen! Planting the aircraft reduces the chances of aquaplaning :)

  • @iwannaplaycs the bounce is from the runway, not landing too hard

  • @iwannaplaycs its just a bumpy runway. The reason he was bouncing is probably also because the captain is tapping the brakes instead of holding them - this would reduce the risk of skidding, since it was so wet!

  • Great landing !

  • @title that's what she said.

  • Sploshhhhh!

  • Great example of wing vortices. Notice how they abruptly stop when the airplane touches down, since the wings are no longer generating any lift!

  • Madness!!!! I like this

  • ABS !!

  • Muito louco

  • Can all that water do any damage to the engine?
