  • It still doesn't beat Live At The Rainbow '74. My god the guitar solo on White Queen...OH MY GOD THE GUITARSOLO ON WHITE QUEEN!!! *shakes everyone who reads this hysterically*

  • I can't get enough of this concert!

  • He is hotter than a tree on fire!

  • 8:10 - the transition from bohemian rhapsody to killer queen is so sexy I can't even stand it!

  • The classic "Wall of Sound" of many of the late 60's to late 70's bands! Freakin' awesome!

  • DAT BASSLINE :O

  • And 10 years later he AIDED other singers, teaching them how to perform & sing live ;)

  • @ThisIsKuroCat fuck you buddy

  • @spamhead2k I think you are just wayyy too dumb to get what "10 years later" was meant to point out.

  • @ThisIsKuroCat I got what you meant by your comment, friend! Live Aid 1985 was UnFrigginReal !!! Cheers!

  • @lambdachi1826 why do you retard then tell me to eff myself?

Queen's Live Aid is the BEST concert in the world!

    Check this out:

    telegraph. co .uk/culture/music/rockandpopmusic/8785536/Queen-their-finest-moment-at-Live-Aid.html

  • @spamhead2k Just so it's clear...what ThisIsKuroCat was referring to was Queen's mind blowing performance at Live Aid at Wembley Stadium in 1985 (10 years after this show). I am pretty sure It was meant as a compliment of respect and appreciation and not a tasteless joke. :)

  • i saw this tour at the santa monica civic auditorium. it was the second time they came to the west cost and the first time on the west coast was the black queen white queen. they had an earlier tour but got hep and had to cancel in new york. i never saw an entire audience worship a band like they did the night of this show. the civic is a two thousand seater. mahogany rush opened and we were trippin big time. drum corps.

  • to jmrdwho....fuck off...queen and all their songs are for generations to follow. they are the ultimate forms of music. love freddie and queen forever.

  • @JMRDWHO you're dumb and ignorant. apparently you've only heard those two songs.

  • @JMRDWHO

They only wrote songs like "We are the champions" or "The Show must go on".

You are an insult to Rock and Rock music. And you claim to know what you are talking about?? ROTFLMAO!!

Keep Yourselve Alive , March of the Black Queen , Great King Rat and in my opinion the best concert opener still : Tie Yoour Mother Down.

Freddie on his own was better then al the ones you named together!!

  • @Dutchcondor1969 sorry, but no

  • @JMRDWHO Led Zeppelin didn't write half of there songs...including dazed and confused and since i've been loving you

  • @snloftus you know not very much about Led Zeppelin right? -.-

  • @JMRDWHO I know quite a bit about led zeppelin, and i'm a huge fan but all i'm saying is that most of their songs were written by other people...you seem to be the one who doesn't know much...they've been sued many times for copyright

  • @snloftus End of the sixties, they have covered some songs, but even if they have completely changed (Psychedelic). Only with Whole Lotta Love (Led Zeppelin II), they have had success and since then also covered songs no more. They wanted just the beginning they were considered, as well as attachments even the "Rolling Stone" in the 60 'has.

  • @snloftus so and since i've been loving you was written by robert plant and jimmy page

  • @snloftus and "you shook me", "bring it on home", "dazed and confused" and "i cant quit you" was covered by led zeppelin not more songs -.-

  • @JMRDWHO you forgot "when the levee breaks" "babe i'm gonna leave you" "nobody's fault but mind".... look up "never" by moby grape="since i've been loving you"....'watch your step" by bob parker="moby dick" and led zeppelin was far from a psychedelic band...queen had more originality than zeppelin but it's pointless to compare because they are both great in different aspects

  • @snloftus led zeppelin is psychedilc in person. have you ever read "hammer of the gods"???

  • @JMRDWHO no...have you ever seen led zeppelin in person???

  • @snloftus so you didn't read hammer of the gods -.-

  • @JMRDWHO are you slow? i clearly said no...look this is stupid. you may like led zeppelin more than queen, which is fine, but that is not a valid reason for why they are better than queen. next time you want to argue a point bring factual evidence to the table to support your claim...and you can't tell if a band is psychedelic by reading books...you have to see them live, led zeppelin ( like queen) are in the genre of hard rock, hell the beatles are more psychedelic than zeppelin

  • @JMRDWHO Queen wrote all their lyrics and wrote all their music.

Roger Daltrey of The Who said that Freddie was at the top with his vocals and Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin said that everyone, including Plant, had to lower the notes during the Freddie Mercury tribute concert. Robert Plant sang Queen's song "Innuendo" during Freddie's tribute concert.

  • @Yo1969Yo And ?

  • @JMRDWHO You make Queen out to be on the same level as the crappy entertainers today. Queen is a step up of the majority of groups you posted.

  • @Yo1969Yo queen is good, but i think they made not music. and the music of today is fuckin' shit -.-

  • @JMRDWHO By saying that Queen did not make music then you really don't know Queen.

  • "Now I'm Here" has to be one of the greatest opening songs in all of rock and roll. It just sets the mood for the whole show!

  • Ten years later..... LIVE AID!

  • This is seriously my favorite vid on Youtube right now...thanks so much for posting!

  • The ultimate front man. Great powerhouse live band!!!

  • This concert is just freeking amazing man, pure talent, Nobody can touch Queen, NOBODY

  • Wow man spandex doesn't hide shit, you can tell good old Freddie is hung like a horse for fuck sake!

  • @hitcan79 Us skinny boys gotta have something to give! O.O

  • whats the very first song they played called??

  • @flossie405 now i'm here

  • @flossie405 Now I'm Here

  • when you're first in love you'd have notice that it feels like an aggressive wave of electricity or something is coming on you. that's what queen make me feel. unfulfilled desire for something invisible. HOW CAN THEY???

  • @GreatQueenFan nice thought for sure.

  • numbeRRRRRRR

  • rock out with ur cock out!!

  • 9 people think Nickleback is the greatest band ever.

  • Well said, seapete07 :D

  • great upload and great quality.

  • THE SOUND IS INCREDIBLE !!!

  • Pretty awesome shit! Thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The difference in sound quality between 360 and 480 is just amazing.

  • This is incredible, young Queen in their youth performing some of my favorite tracks, thank you for uploading

  • i love freddie and roger with long hair. and this concert really is immense!

  • Did the uploader butcher this and cut it down horribly, or do we have the broadcast of it to blame :P

  • How can you cut the fucking medley you should die!

  • Queen were undeniably talented and were one of the originators of glam rock...they were the shit!!

  • Simply amazing!!!

  • Of course you feel the instruments should be a bit louder, that voice could drown out a drum solo, lol! Love you Freddie, and I miss you dearly! We need more classics like yours!

  • I feel as if the instruments should be a bit louder...

  • @GhostyFilms that´s the perfect sound, in stage would be like heaven.

  • LEGEN wait for it DARy

  • Thanks for posting ;-] I added this to my favorites list <3 Excellent quality video <3 Thanks for sharing.

  • if people put "i don´t like it" why they see it?

  • Fuck off Bieber and Rhianna. Cant sing for shit,

    Queen forever!!

  • @62Elvis I'm so jealous of you mate! I would have been there too if I wasn't born in 1996, bu hits great

  • @annacramful. You bitch I'm a guy but even I would admit that he was, you are such a hater, and Freddie shouldn't have haters

  • @annacramful STFU hater!!!

  • @annacramful he was sexy hotttt....he gave his all when he performed from the heart....and he lived life to the fullest, which unfortunately killed him.

  • @annacramful We all are entitled to our opinions, but I always thought Freddie was sexy. But, again my opinion.

  • 5:57 bohemian rhapsody

  • 5 people have Bieber fever

  • The Best......O melhor....

  • Amazing quality! Specially the audio! Queen rocks!

  • And Queen was inspired by KISS. KISS started the inspiration for several famous arena rock bands to use pyrotechnic effects on stage. KISS started the fireworks--and then, Queen responded very big to this. The opening number starts off with the arena being black except for spotlights on Freddie Mercury...and you think the whole song will be that way...until you get the pyrotechnic surprise at 1:58...pyro explodes and the stage lights light up full blast, as well as well as the Queen rock!

  • @lindenly22 I'd say they were inspired by KISS but, Queen was around before KISS.

  • OMG! It's fantastic!!!!!!!!

  • Pure Excellence

  • der absolute hammer.. i was born 76 but it makes my way in my life .. queen and my dad 4ever ...

  • This was a band called Queen, from the 1970s I believe.

  • this is just fantastic a beautiful voice i think this is god's voice....

    Apprès:ENCOOOOOOREU!!! *.*

  • buen sonido

    el carisma de freddie

con todas las ganas de conquistar el mundo

  • when they still had real guts and character before they became a joke,, i was so so so so drunk when this was shown on tv,, oh my God,, it was mental !!!!

  • @eelpieballox Became a joke what the heck are you babbling about? Have you ever seen Queen's 25 minute performance live at Whemblyfor Live Aid in 1986? That is considered one of Queen's and Freddie's most spectaular performances, and Freddie was already sick. He wasn't as sick he would become, but he still gave one of the most incredible live performances ever, and many of the other greats that were there, said the same thing. They were never a joke to me, but thats me.

  • Live Aid was in 1985. I do have a live video of Queen at Wembley in 1986 to though, just had to correct that.

  • Oh Freddie is so beautiful here...i loved the super long hair. and they all look and sound amazing. Bliss.

  • I'm big Queen fan but i've never seen this video before! Love the little medley they performe! Freddie sounds great live! I Love Queen

  • Boy did Boston rip these off! Tom Schotz learned well.....

  • @109ace a LOT of bands sounds were influenced by Queen!! (and yes Ace, even Boston! haha)

  • look at deaky..so cute stomping...love this band forever

  • i1975 the best year for music iwas born in 75 oh shit!

  • I love Queen!!!!

  • Two dislikes? Am sure not from Rhiana or Justin Bieber! Anyone with any sense of music would be sincerely grateful that Queen had been around. Freddie mesmerized the audience with his 4 octave range voice and back up with Brian, Roger and John...pure magic~I was lucky to see them once.

  • quando Roger si alza è fantastico !

  • Rock n roll at its finest

  • queen legendary yeahh!!

  • 5:55 love..... Bohemian rhapsody...

  • Haha. Freddie parents were here. And he was sick during this concert. You can sorda tell he's nervous for his home town. But it dosn't really show!

  • Wow!! Thanks for sharing, brill :0) Best band ever!!!!

  • Such a musical genius and a personality like no other, wish he could have stayed with us longer, no telling what other gems Queen would have produced, such a shame.

  • Can we please get transported back in time to 1975!

  • Glory to Freddie Mercury in the Highest!!

  • Hrm... This version is heavily cut down. I can tell from this section as Ogre Battle and White Queen are missing. It wouldn't be that much of a problem if it weren't for the fact that the first line of the description refers to it as the "full concert"... :L

  • Ugh. Why did I have to born in the 90's? Oh well nothing I can do about it. Thank God for Youtube.

  • WOW! Amazing!

  • Awesome footage of Classic 70's Queen! Thank you for sharing!

  • Man. Freddie was really getting his vocal chops up here. F******* Luv it!!!!

  • Amazing!!

  • You just can't help but smile the second Freddie comes onstage.

  • It's great to see Mr. Harris after all of these years.... I think his interview with Mick, Charlie, and Ronnie was one of his best..... Plant of Zepp was a good interview too...!

  • Freddie sounds better live than any artist today in a studio.

  • @reffee A truer statement could not be made.

  • @reffee he was UNIQUE, a complete artist....thumb up ...yes

  • @reffee Freddie es el dios de la musica.. no se puede comparar con nadie

  • E'...E'...Wow ....

This is really really great.. love those songs. Killer queen live.. omg

  • I saw them in Germany.. and I too was a fan when no one else even knew who they were... Freddy is wonderfully talented as is the entrie band.

  • Bohemian Rhapsody will always be no 1 - so will Freddie ;)

  • I was fortunate and saw Queen on the 1977 tour at Tarrant County Coliseum in Ft. Worth...I was a Soph in College....Incredible show...Orig Fan bought first album when it came out...Keep your self alive hooked me...

  • Thanks again! I watched all 5 parts & thanks too for not breaking them up into smaller parts. These videos are so worth spending 46 minutes watching. I probably had better things to do, but I'm not regretting it. (;

What a talented band, especially live. RIP Freddie.

  • Wow, talk about coming out with a rockin' bang. It's on a DVD you can buy but not at Amazon. Thanks for uploading this!

It's hard to believe that on their '76 US leg of this Night At The Opera tour that in New England (Boston, CT, NYC Beacon) they played the 3,000 seat capacities. The next yr in '77 they played Madison Square Garden & all big civic centers & arenas.

    20-song setlist.
