Thanks for the kneading lesson but this took 3 videos just to show your kneading skills, when the second and third video could have been for shaping and baking. Just my thought. I too have been using the "no knead" method with great results. I am Italian also and my "no knead" bread comes out like the italian bread I grew up on, round, rustic loaf.
Yeah, I'm going to have to look into that no knead bread. I'm skeptical but I have heard about this several times now and keep hearing good things about it. In regards to the long video for kneading. I have learned a lot about editing since I made this video. :-)
