  • Say what you want about the movie but I think it's a classic. The bass parts and the whole backing band are intense!

  • Yes, bad comments about this movie, but to me particullary this sequence liked me, a good luxury demonstration; well is a musical movie. Thus this remake of I want you is nearby as good as the beatles one

  • the bee gees have the world's greatest harmonies

  • When this movie came out i saw it 3 times in a row at the movies in one day as I thought Barry was hot and my friend watched it for Frampton. Now if i am not watching the movie, just listening, some of the tracks are pretty good (not comparing to Beatles). They did a good job with what they were given as a movie and I am sure the Bee Gees had to do it since they were under contract with RSO/Stigwood at the time. I was so captivated by Barry at the time I did not notice the pot, LOL

  • Loved this part. Maybe it was a bad movie but I loved the Bee Gees and I liked Peter Frampton so I didn't care about that.

  • Surely when they're making a scene like this, they know they're making a complete bomb.

  • They should have let Donald Pleasence sing more!

  • 2:40 she looks like janet jackson

  • She was dead under my so heavy body.

  • this is sex...in a song lol

  • Innocent boys are being spoiled ...

    :D

  • STUPID SONG

  • @downloaderJESSICA stupid fucking comment

  • its available at walmart.com!!!! just got it

  • I refuse to accept that anyone who has actually seen this movie and cares enough to comment on it believes that it ISN'T a good movie....

  • @TheBrownNote2007 The movie was awesome. I wish I could find a good dvd version of the movie. One of the great musical gems.

  • 'She's so heavy' that she crushed my balls and made me sing in falsetto!

  • I would want peter then too <3

  • Ah one of my favorite parts of one of my favorite bad movies. :)

  • I just listened to Coroner's cover version, but this still impressed me.

  • I want to be a rock star...

  • Lixo / Trash

  • Ive seen this movie, and this movie is awesome! Despite tha fact that this song is "Tainted" to some of yall, its quality and the group singing this song is irrelevant. If u can think of it as a Beetles song, then, it has merrit as one of tha best songs ever! And to quote a famous group, "If your not down with that, I got two words for ya'!"

  • Barry Gibb kind of reminds me of Heath Ledger.

  • @chrissylm37 srsly you need to get your eyes checked

  • @aicfreak83 Sorry but I see a resemblance between him and Heath. If they made a movie about the Bee Gees, Heath (rip) would have been great for the role of Barry or even Andy.

  • creepy limo driver!! EEEP 1:39 she scares me and barry gibb is so sexy!!!!

  • pesimo cover! una verguenza! lo que le hicieron al solo y a la linea de bajo directamente da verguenza ajena... ¿que habrán entendido del tema?

  • whoever posted this vid sucks ass....it doesn't play right. AAAAAAHHHHH

  • I can't help but wonder what The Beatles thought of this!

  • @cinebeatl I know right~

  • Can someone tell me why they converted an awesome song into a DISCO song?!

  • @tannerwaterbury Because they were The Bee Gees.

  • no insistas linda, no hay nada hetero alla atras

  • Porn music? Lol. You must be under 12 :D

  • How can such a talented group destroy such classic tunes? I can't afford the drugs it would take to actually enjoy this crap!

  • probably one of the worst 70s movies......this just made me hungrier for more true beatles product...

  • These were the ugliest of times.

  • Kind of creepy the way that guy tells the Bee Gees "I WANT YOU! I WANT YOU SOOOO BAD!!" Sounds pretty perverted to me.

  • @pyrogyra72 yep , sound like the guy wanted berry gibb ass... that jailish charm i guess

  • yes, A bit of porn...influence...but I like this version better

  • well i dint really hate bee gees before dis.....

  • The only good thing about this odd sequence is that Peter Frampton looks hot as hell

  • this makes me want to die

  • LMAO at 5:47 -- the expressions. Corny as hell.

  • @Billyjk72 agreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee jajajajajajaj

  • weird ass limo

  • porn music

  • This movie proved that George Martin can produce brilliantly in any decade.

  • I remember the first time I watched this movie I started crying when Strawberry Fields died. I recently ordered it off of ebay and watched it again and thought what the hell was I thinking.

  • sorry to all the bee gees fans out there but the bee gees doing the beatles is a complete fail ;)

  • @music2man88 : The point of doing a cover is not to "do" the band. It is to perform the song in your own style. Otherwise it is just an imitation. As far as covers go I wouldn't say that this is the best but it certainly isn't a failure.

  • @kladivous yea butttt their whole cover was a movie they should of got somebody more rock and roll style than the beegees the bee gees were diso

  • I would've been fine with it if the majority of the scene that it's in had any connection to the plot whatsoever. It's not a bad cover, but in the film, it just plods along mindlessly. Heck, they could've wrapped the scene up in just two sentences from narrator George Burns. "The boys were signed onto the record company. They went to the record executive's place and had and orgy." Cue next scene!

  • @music2man88 George Martin produced. I would not diss Martin, who made the Beatles as amazing as they had become.

  • the movie still sucked

  • @music2man88 Yeah but you don't have a point

  • @ilsy74 But Obleo and Arrow know you don't have to have a point to have a point.

  • @rustelee Nobosy watches A Hard Days Night because they like the movie. But it has some brilliant performances in it. So let's give the Bee Gees the same kind of respect, that's all I'm saying.

  • @ilsy74 - I liked it as well, my comment was intended that every one has a right to there likes or dislikes with or without a point.

I'm a fan of both Bee Gees and Beatles.

  • @rustelee Hey me too! Cool stuff!!

  • this part was freaky deaky

  • love this movie..brings back memories. You had to be there...back in the 70;s when this movie came out! Saw it sooo many times!

  • It all makes even less sense in context.

  • LOL @ Barry's expression @ 5:55!

  • i love this movie

  • now thats a horny house

  • the driver lady kinda scares me lol

but this song is the shitt :D

  • none of you were around.... this was funk/rock.. i want you sobad.. the bass in all this movie is awesome chit..........

  • Ohhhhhh PETER I want you so bad, it's driving me mad....

  • gong, i couldnt agreeeeee more... it's beyond lame...

  • Lol.... they converted the song into porn music.

  • boooooo!

  • It's funny you said that because I just looked this up after hearing it in a porn.

  • @DuendecS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

  • @DuendecS Jewish porn you mean :) It`s so funny when the little jewish dick tries its best to squeeze between two big ones @ 0:17

  • that is Peter frampton singing

  • Of course it sucks.

    But it's F'in hilarious...

  • I LOVE THIS SONG! Its a decent cover. Barry Gibbs made this song even better.

  • y is d gal so heavy

  • great version.

  • Across The Universe destroyed the song by adding political overtones, This is a decent cover

  • IT DOESNT EVEN SOUND LIKE HES SINGING. That douche.

  • Limo driver kinda of reminds me of the nurse from Scrubs...hot!

  • che fede esto es una mierda

  • total mierda.

  • i have to addmit this is a good version

  • Agreed.

  • @florsails lol yeah, the movie's terrible, but i really like this cover.

  • Dang the latina in the movie was hot. or should i say Heavy. lol

  • I remember seeing this movie when it came out at the saturday matinee. As a kid I got all my half sisters Beatles albums and loved seeing this even though it was cheesy. Thanks for posting.

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR HAVING THIS! One of the coolest songs in the film!

  • The Bee Gees' vocals really do do Beatles songs justice. They did a GREAT version of "You Won't See Me" in the mid Sixties.

  • I love this version of the song. The movie was great too in a Mystery Science Theater kind of way. LOL

  • terribal movie

  • I love this version... shame the soundtrack one is so butchered up.
