I was a bench freak and never did chins growing up. Thanks for maybe doing a video on this topic.
don't know how to make a homemade chin bar, I bought the iron gym for like $30 and it works awesome. Iron woody bands work great for building up to the full chin up. Just google 'Jason Yun blog' and click on the iron woody fitness tab on the side.
