I cannot believe how very nice and approachable the surfers are, Grant Washburn, was giving out autographs and taking pictures with the crowd. He was nicer to us regular folks then he was to NBC news! It's a great event! Wow what a perfect day for it too! Half Moon Bay comes alive! Fun for the whole family! Watching the surfing on the big screen was best to see the surfing..but it was a kick the be right there on the beach when the surfers came back in.
