I also suggest that you go find long term temperature and CO2 graphs (on the same graph) and notice that temperature increases and decreases tends to LEAD increases and decreases in CO2. Therefore it is clear temperature causes CO2 more than the reverse. However, it is also true that increases in CO2 can sometimes tend to increase temperature, so the relationship is very much non-trivial due to feedback effects. Not so simple!
The relationship between CO2 and temp is reciprocal: IOW high temperatures release CO2 from the ocean, and more CO2 keeps in that heat thus causing a positive feedback loop.
Nothing trivial about a loop that cannot be reversed or stopped. "You need to read and think more carefully."

I am adamantly anti-pollution (air, water, other), pro-rainforests, pro-planting massive quantities of oxygen-producing plant-life and organisms, and so forth. It IS outrageous what is done to the earth, I agree with that. However, most environmentalists are fooled into spending their time on this FRAUD which is global warming. The predator-class FOOLED YOU to distract from real pollution.

@TheElasticJesusRez: Sorry, I'm atheist and a scientist-engineer. So you won't be finding any "faith-based" answers or ideas from me. However, I don't have faith in "offical answers" either, especially those bought and paid-for by know predators and global government advocates. It takes quite a bit of investigation in this field to form a good "educated opinion" (or "educated guess" if you prefer). I'm not surpirsed many who haven't dug deep have wrong impressions and opinions.

In summary, your 'assumption' that temperatures are not increasing is scientifically unjustifiable since an increase in CO2 is commensurate with an increase in temp.
Warm = more CO2 being released from oceans.
Cold = more CO2 being trapped in oceans and ice.
And since there are 7 billion humans happily farting + shitting and driving vehicles + working in factories + heating up homes + destroying carbon sinks, then THERE HAS to be MORE CO2 in the atmosphere.
CO2 = Heat.

@TheElasticJesusRez: You need to read and think more carefully. I also suggest that you go find long term temperature and CO2 graphs (on the same graph) and notice that temperature increases and decreases tends to LEAD increases and decreases in CO2. Therefore it is clear temperature causes CO2 more than the reverse. However, it is also true that increases in CO2 can sometimes tend to increase temperature, so the relationship is very much non-trivial due to feedback effects. Not so simple!

The relationship between CO2 and temp is reciprocal: IOW high temperatures release CO2 from the ocean, and more CO2 keeps in that heat thus causing a positive feedback loop.
Nothing trivial about a loop that cannot be reversed or stopped. "You need to read and think more carefully."
