More people need to recognise Percussion musicians. I always feel they're over looked when in an Orchestra. Seriously, watch her, she's wielding two sticks in each hand, moving their reach around (How far apart they are in her hands) and moving so bloody fluidly, look at her go! Argh and the sound is so perfect. The violists are all very good too, and Joe, well, what can I say. ^_^

alright. the video is not sped up...the tempo they are taking is actually pretty reasonable. the audio is slightly behind the video just because of the recording equipment they used. if you think they look like robots, it is probably because this piece is all technical and there aren't any lyrical passages. perhaps their technique is a bit rigid, but they surely get the job done.

The human mind and body really are able to move quicker than the average American's (the demographic I'm assuming the posters about speed belong to, please correct me if I'm wrong).

Joe Hisaishi is one of the greatest composers in recent history and this song is no exeption. Simple and great. Just listen to the xylophone in the background at 0:19. Yea, the video is not spot on synced with the music, but it's still a good shoot live preformance.

Seriously, Hisaishi is my new favorite composer. John Williams is still up there, but I had no idea until now who did the music for Spirited Away, Totoro, and other favorite films like that. I am just blown away. I could totally listen to him all day. Thanks for uploading this!
