@Scootchinman Ahhhh zebediah! this made me smile so much! i'm so excited. we can have skype convos just like old times! and the cheese issue is killing me. absolutely KILLING me. lol. i have been completely off meat for over a month though. so that's improvement! also, i keep meaning to try to make that yummy split pea soup that you made for us in florida! it was so good! and easy to make! i look at the recipe sometimes but it always seems to be when i'm too sick to cook. haha.

LOL Shan, that split pea soup is SOO easy!! It might not be quite the same without the ham in it, but seriously all you do is dump everything into the crock pot and leave it for the day, all there is to do is clean afterwards! *POOF* you have enough food to last a few days! Do It!
