  • ..but showing us what God permits to be done on His Holy Day that He has set aside for mankind.

How do we know which day is the 7th?

Jesus kept the sabbath on the 7th day. Our 7th day is the 7th day that many Jews still continue to keep since Jesus was here. Our Saturday, our 7th day, is their 7th day also.

In public school, we are taught to disobey God, "Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday..play all day"

We are taught at a young age in public school to disobey God.

  • And that goes for every commandment, we must keep every commandment, for as the scripture says, "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." (James 2:10)

The commandment people have rejected most is the 4th commandment, regarding the sabbath of God. It says we are to rest on the 7th day just as God did, just as Jesus, Paul, and all of the apostles did.

Jesus clarified the sabbath (not changing days)..

  • We are still commanded to keep the law of God, which are the commandments of God. As it says in scripture, "He that saith, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him" (1 John 2:4)

Jesus came to perfect the law of God to man. The letter of the law says that we are not to commit adultery, but Jesus clarified this as to also meaning that, "That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:28)

  • I can answer the law being fulfilled. He did answer it accurately, but there is something that should be known also.

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." (Matthew 5:17)

While we are under grace, the law would have us be killed if we broke the sabbath just like in the days of Moses. When we break the law of God, we are not subject to it's penalties anymore when we truly ask for forgiveness and seek to turn from sin.
