2. Eminem - One of the greatest lyricists I've ever heard
3. Nas - Had one of the best albums ever
4. Notorious BIG - Obvious Reasons
5.Lupe Fiasco - Lasers was trash but that was the record label not , plus he's a lyrical genius IMO, listen to streets on fire
Eminem aint a good lyricist @ all, he uses very simple repetitive rhymes, the only thing Em is good @ is forming quick rhymes to throw in, Em only puts his vocab to good use on occasions but his lyrical creativity involves no poetry/metaphors etc. he doesn't really go outside the box and when he does he can't really link things together + goes off topic and is irrelevant, he has good beats + a voice of anger, he rhymes but that's honestly about all

I see theres alot of debate goin on about the best rapper. i believe Biggie had the greatest flow of all time. i believe 2pac had the deepest songs that really touched people. And i believe Nas has the most complex and creative lyrics. Theres many other areas of rap i can touch on and most would agree eminem isnt the best in most of them. all around, eminem has great flow, meaningful and creative lyrics, great production...Thinking it like this eminem is definitely the best hip hop artist.

1. Tupac - a poet and I think if you asked Eminem he would say Tupac is better
2. Eminem - One of the greatest lyricists I've ever heard
3. Nas - Had one of the best albums ever
4. Notorious BIG - Obvious Reasons

I see theres alot of debate goin on about the best rapper. i believe Biggie had the greatest flow of all time. i believe 2pac had the deepest songs that really touched people. And i believe Nas has the most complex and creative lyrics. Theres many other areas of rap i can touch on and most would agree eminem isnt the best in most of them. all around, eminem has great flow, meaningful and creative lyrics, great production...Thinking it like this eminem is definitely the best hip hop artist.
