@christieandnick Hmmm, well im not really a good person to be asking because my son was born 6wks prem, 3lb 14oz so he was much smaller than 0000 at birth so im not sure about a full-term baby... They used to say 000 was newborn but i dont think so, i think newborn is 0000. Im not buying a whole lot but enough so that she has something that fits when shes born :)

Love how you put everything for a small space. I am 23 weeks and i haven't done anything. I also don't have a lot of clothes for my son, i don't know how many of each size clothes i should buy. Well, for how much to get- with my son i went and bought 10 pieces of each style of clothing (snglets, onsies, sleepers, etc) and it all lasted til after he turned 1 so we were completely set for his entire first year!!! But of course, when he ended up being prem i had to buy premmie clothes- this time ive got some smaller just in case she is small :)
Got less than half the cloth nappies I need. Clothes are in boxes so ok.
No crib yet but that'll be here next week. No pram or car seat till just before shes due. I have a cot but not made up. I need to buy boxes for the unit I will use for her clothes etc. Not got anything like bottles or pumps or anything like that.
I want my insurance sorted so I can go spending spree mad! We are so close in due date and you are all sorted. Puts me to shame!
@lumdeedums I just cant handle the thought of trying to struggle and get so much when im about ready to pop so ive started from early on and it just goes better- no rushing, no stressing :)
@AussieMummySince07 I was pretty sorted with George and Alice by now but I'm waiyting on this money and refuse to pay out of my own unless I have too! lol May have to start buying it all now tho in dribs and drabs. So much for my big spending spree... :( Bastards had better pay up soon.
I love how colorful everything is!!! I'm so glad I'm having a little boy, but I just love little girl stuff. I hope to someday have a girl, so I can get all that cute girly stuff!! You are way ahead of me with getting everything ready...I need to get the ball rolling with all the nursery stuff! :)
@amweeks0504 Yeah, girls stuff is super pretty :) I wouldnt change my beautiful little boy for the world but boys stuff is just NOWHERE near as adorable :) Im super anal when it comes to getting everything... I just stress out that ill run out of time and not have it all :( Ive still got less than 15wks to get a few more things, think i should be ok LOL
@pelizareca Colourful chest of drawers? The chest of drawers is plain white with silver handles... Do you mean the storage cube thingy? Its from Super Amart, dont know if its in all states but it only cost $50 i think it was...
I loved the coles nursing pads. They are cheap, but they work really well! we have almost identical draws. We just put a change mat on top of Hunters ones and they work really well. The nursery is looking great so far!
@TheKiwiMummy Yeah i think using a chest of drawers not only saves money and space but they can use the drawers forever, whereas a changetable can only be used for a limited time :) That one only cost me $160 from Super Amart :)
Bless him he is sooooo cute! well if he's anything like my boys (I have 3) he will be like a second daddy lol, mine they just love their baby sister. I don't envy my little one when she gets to a teenager having 3 older brothers, 3 body guards more like lol. Good luck don't stress you look like you have everything sorted x
