right now the best guard in the NBA is Dwyane Wade. Yes, Kobe has a better legacy but as far as talent, as of today Wade is at top right now. Point guard id say its a split between Chris Paul Deron Williams and Derrick Rose. You really cant go wrong with either of those. Rondo to me just has such a limited outside game it really hurts him, if he had even a mediocre shot he would blow by defenders constantly but people just dont respect his shooting at all. Nevertheless, hes still damn good

Look at the stats man, Wade has been producing the most efficient numbers in the NBA at the guard position since 2008 (blocks,steals,shooting percentage, PER (PLAYER RATING SYSTEM, rebounds, assists), the year he came back from injuries better than ever. Even last years with 2 stars look at how great his stats are

i'm not trying to disrespect wade at all i enjoy watching him and all the elite players, i gave him the nod in 09, even though kobe was spectacular in the playoffs that year. i don't think his prime will surpass kobe's prime though, or even kobe at 03, but we'll see. hopefully he doesn't slow down soon though.

I think Kobe was probably a better scorer but he has always been a volume shooter, Wade has been the more efficient player so far throughout his career. He for the most part is always shooting around 50%.......both their defenses are probably the same, Wade has a slightly better court vision i would say, Kobe got more rebounds....Its close man. It would be unfair to just say kobes better.

Rondo reminds me of Fisher and Nash when they were in their prime. Assists and defense. Even though I'm a Lakers fan, I've admired Rondo because he doesn't talk that much thrash, he just goes out and plays and he plays pretty well.
