Don't really do much editing myself, but as far as I know, you can edit everything except for faces/hair and position (I ran into latter when trying to turn Marcus Vick into a QB, which kind of bugs me).
Also, that was the default created team. I was just defaulting, and then used the all-madden team setting + 15 quarters and rookie difficulty and supersim for some very easy achievements.
I think it's kind of funny that you get achievements, even if you supersimed nearly the whole game.
fuck i was just trying to do that last night...it's so gay that you can't...what's the point of having those throwing accuracy stats if you can't put him in your backup qb lineup?
lolz i had one no huddle and the other teams qb was gone so it was delay of ga,e
