SA-X Suit Hack Metroid Fusion

The Suits presented in this video is the Dark Suit from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. After some tampering, I believe that I improved them a little, for both Samus and the SA-X, as well as create the Light Suit for Samus. I made a video for them, just search for either Dark Suit Samus, Dark Suit SA-X, or Light Suit Samus in Metroid Fusion.

@madinogi My guess is because you had all the codes activated before entering a boss room. I do believe I wrote notes along with the codes that tell you that you must turn off the codes before entering a boss room. They're slightly touchy, and can mess with the game's programming.

@John14073 Easy stuff. In VBA (Or whatever you use, that's what I use), Select the cheats dropdown menu, and select Cheat List. then, enter these codes as CodeBreakers.

@MrDenrofl As long as you have VBA, they should work. in the tooblar, you need to select the "Cheats" menu (in the middle) and select "Cheat List". I'd imagine it's all in Spanish, so, the Spanish equivalent of that. Then, you add the codes as CodeBreakers...

Use ybab321's Speed Hack and Event++. Also, look for Metroid Zero Mision Menu Hack. That might make gameplay and demonstrations easeir. And you don't even need to use all of that to make this game easier. Just make a new Metroid game entirely.

@Amaroqdricaldari Yea, I was definitely thinking of making a new Metroid fangame... I reckon it could be a fun little project; Import and create some new graphics and scenes, whole new weapon range, ability to switch weapons (just like in Prime 1+2) new enemies, the lot!

@flashpro62 I hope you try the Speed Hack and Event++ before you actually make a new hack. Event++ lets you get items early, beat bosses early, etc (though it still has some flaws), and the Speed Hack speeds up Samus' Horizontal movement, as well as faster Shinesparks and the ability to use the Speed Booster while in Morph Ball.

hey, it would be neat if you could make a "instant beam charge" code. also, i record in game with the vba recorder, im aware that you are using a different program to record but do you know how i can get it into windows movie maker or just an ordinary unedited file i could upload?

@TheDoctorV2point0 I'm sure I have an instant charge beam code in the description somewhere... Generally, after recording, you should track the file down, either by filename, or directory.

extreme speed is extremely glitchy. this might have been good to unlock the secret message but other than that its just for fun and getting the game out of control enought for it to crash. press F1 and do it all again :D

If you have these cheats on, diffusion missiles will not stop diffusing until you leave the room. You will see what I mean.

@flashpro62 I never said it was a problem. It's only a problem when you fire too many charged missiles, then too many diffusion rings show up. As a result, you will be unable to fire your beam, missiles, and probably your bombs. I only noticed that you can't fire you beam or missiles when that happens, I'll have to test that later.

Hey, I was wondering which version of Vba you use. My vba has an issue with the sound, and a pop-up describing an error that has to do with a XAudio2 application that I have no idea how to install...

@simsdogg92 An easy to fix problem, though requires knowledge of which level doors you've opened. Just use the unlock all doors codes and that problem will be long behind you.

@cjrd28051994 I'm afraid I don't know much about the fundamentals of placing CodeBreakers onto a PSP... If you did start with the Ice beam at the very start, you may encounter a few problems along the way I'd presume.

@cjrd28051994 The infinite health Missile and Power Bomb cheats are all fine to use from even the beginning of the game, however, when you encounter the Omega Metroid at the very end, you must disable the cheat so the Omega Metroid can hit you to wound you. After the SA-X returns, you may then Re-enter the code for infinite health. Infinite missiles and power bombs are fine to use whenever.

@cjrd28051994 Not quite. If you activate any cheats that give you all weaponry and suit upgrades or anything of that nature apart from infinite health, missiles and power bombs, You will not be able to play the game properly (There will definately be certain areas in which you will be stuck). If you used the "Turn off all" codes just before you enter a boss room and reactivate when you approach the boss, There shouldn't be much of a problem apart from a couple bosses.

@flashpro62 Though, you will most likely discover diffculties when it comes to the download rooms (you can re-download the upgrade but when you reach a Navigation room, You won't be able to continue, as it doesn't think you have completed the task, therefore preventing you from continuing. If you wish to use these cheats without difficulties, I'd suggest you play through the game (can use infinite health and whatnot) until you get the mission task to set the B.S.L. orbit.

@flashpro62 That way, you will only have difficulties killing The First Phase of the SA-X. But that's not much of a problem with infinite health, as you can just screw attack into it to kill it (It will just take longer to kill it).

Stick with 'most' metroid games. Meta Ridley was introduced in Metroid 4, And a form of him in Zero Mission., He wasn't in 1, 2 or 3... Or Prime Hunters. I don't know about Prime 1 or echoes.

In Metroid and Super he was just Ridley

In Zero Mission the last boss was Ridley Robot, or Mecha Ridley, or Metal Ridley, but not Meta.

Well, Essentially is up to knowing your hex codes. in order to get the desired colour, you need the correct four no. hex code (00FF For example should be red.) Have a little tinker around and see what you can find

Very simple. After you destroy the eye beast guarding the door to the boss's room, use the "Turn Off All" codes:

Turn Off All

(NOTE: Activate these cheats before confronting bosses so it doesn't glitch the game. You can deactivate after confrontation so you have everything for the fight)

The NOTE: is highly important. So to summarise, before heading to a boos room, deactivate all upgrades.

Are you entering them in VBA as a Codebreaker, not Cheat Code, GameShark or Action Replay?

It's essential to use it as a Codebreaker, otherwise it won't work...
