ok you guys chill...read the title it is her version of a more MODERN samba..now there are different ways to dancing samba... with two extremes... what i think most of you wanted to see is brazilian samba with lots of hip and body movement and then there is ballroom samba..i can see were the ballroom is but i can also see she is adding different steps so this can be danced like at a club..

This modern samba people. In brazil... there is different versions and expressions of samba from different generations and genre in music. In ballroom... samba is danced differently... of coarse. Everything is elegantly presentational and sometimes overly emphasized for stage purposes. Here Yolanda is using the modern samba basic steps even if the music is pop from her generation. In Ballroom... the music is not always samba... but the steps used are... What's the difference? Enjoy it ...

I agree that this must be branded something else. She is doing some hip hop, reggae moves, and makes a poor attempt at one variation of the basic samba step. There is a style of samba (samba-reggae) that she could try to mimick to save face, but even that is absent here.
