Smart Solutions: IBM Accessibility and the Italian Senate

This is a way to the future, this paradigm change is right, and I will propose social policies for still more integrated solutions, and a more positive connection between the citizen and his or her government.

The future is the customer-citizen, not the citizen-criminal, as it was the paradigm of the past 5000 years. The way to go is trust-building with the 'positive human' to build a new revolutionary worldview in which the 'positive' human is the very center of the universe!
