@CodeOrange3 The potluck dish was a HIT! So delish! I can totally sympathize with the "no exact recipe" issue. My mom (also VIetnamese) is the same. She always does it a little bit different each time. Great video, great recipe!
Must be a Vietnamese thing cuz my mom doesn't ever provide the "real exact recipe" either. LOL. This video was excellent. We don't really measure our ingredients out anyways, so just watching it lets me know how to make it. Speed was excellent. I hate watching slow cooking. Besides, there is always a pause button. :)
@SophieLuvR THanks so much for the POSITIVE feedback. my goal was to create video diary of my favorite dishes so that I will never forget how to make them...and to make them less than 5 minutes per video.
