went on it yesterday waiting 30 mins! bc it just rained and everybody was leaving the park it was so fun though the lift was the scariest roller coaster moment on any ride ive ever been on still its my new favorite roller coaster in universal

We only had a chance to ride it once and to my shocking I loved it! But because of technical difficulties it kept on having we didnt get a chance to go on it twice.

when i rode the i picked the song ' Pump It ' by the Black Eyed Peas . when your riding it , you can barely hear the song ! & this ride breaks down A LOT .

its total rubbish, too many smoother brakes and hyped to the max for the biggest dissapointment in a ride for years!

i like many could not wait to ride, even did the secret song and got muse, but couldnt hardly hear it at all!!

compared to manta rip is like having a cup of tea with ur granny!!

@StrangeMusicFan91 yep i do. plus whenever i'm at the park, i usually ride the rockit over and over again and try a different song each time to see what fits best. i'm just kinda bored of the other rides so i'm glad they finally got a new coaster that i can ride and never get tired of it because it would feel different each time depending on the song i choose. so far my favs are motley crue, mc hammer, cypress hill, beastie boys, n.e.r.d., and daft punk (don't get me started on kanye's cover)

I went yesterday, and couldn't ride it. It was broken down for over half the day, and after waiting in line for over an hour for it (when it was working) it broke down again. When my group left we saw this guy (outside the park) who was talking to an employee on the phone, who claimed that the ride went off the tracks. It went off the tracks!!! Not as in they took the car off the tracks, more like, the wheels popped off the tracks during one of the tests.

@JulietSniper That's what I overheard, but it isn't necessarily what happened. News reports claimed that there was a problem with the ride car. The cars would disconnect from each other during the ride, but not necessarily disconnect from the track like I overheard. The problem has since been fixed. Just google "Hollywood rip ride rockit problems" and you'll find the reports.

That because they don't have all the cameras opperating yet. They're waiting for the final two trains to arrive from Maurer Sohne so they can set the program up and be able to activate the moving platform. Trut me, there are cameras all over the place on this ride. I've been on it about a dozen times now, but I'm waiting till they get everything working till I buy mine. I'm also trying to find the best song for the ride that I like.

I LOVEEEEEE this ride, it's absolutely amazing, I was lifted off my seat at the start with the vertical lift. It's so cool because most coasters take forever to go up the first hill, but this one is soooo fast! :D I waited 70 mins to get on it.

@0V3CHKiN Trust me the ride is amazing. You dont have straps over you. Its a bar thats going across your waist so right when your bout to do a loop the coster twists. Its crazy. i would go just to ride it... js
