you could replace a lot of these with stuns, Personally, I don't like using paralysis/freeze for a chains, since with immunities, or with status effects reduced, a lot of them can be stopped. But it's my personal preference only. The only reason I used Nube with Piccolo was cause I wanted to do a full special beam cannon. Also, I'd rather use an underused support than an Overused/paralysis/freeze one if I have the option
Well, you stunned in Edajima's combo and you used Dio's time stop. I mostly use Kagura's 3 koma instead of a freeze or paralysis(especially if you can charge up an attack). I used Hitsugaya's 3 koma once(in a Tsuna combo)because I needed space, and I used Mashirito's 3 koma in a combo. I try to avoid freeze/paralysis supports, though I use them if I need to.
I was talking about paralysis/freeze supports, I stunned with Edajima's special, and I didn't want to use DIO's time stop, I just couldn't find another way to do it.
To me it looked like you were talking about paralysis/freeze in general, not just supports. Also, I've noticed that people use Nube a lot. I saw him used 5 times in Danexedas' combo video. I don't usually use him. As far as paralysis/freeze supports go I mainly try to use Mashirito since he's underused. I don't know how many people use Sven, though I try not to use the same supports often. I like using Sven, it's just that I use him when I have to have space(like for Tsuna's 5 koma ^X).
