Happy to know there's somebody else who remembers this show, I think I am one of the few people in the UK who's even heard of this though, as it aired really early in the morning over here. Shame, Bumpy was awesome, Jim Cummings put so much life into the character. Those crazy adventures were always great too, remember the one where Bumpy went into his own stomach to get the chewing gum he'd eaten...madness

Jetpacks HAVE been invented. The military briefly looked into them and made working jetpacks, but they decided they were too impractical and unsafe (no co-pilot if you suddenly faint).

I liked this show as well though I was born a year after it ended I watched it on pop (British cartoon network) when i was in italy and though i caught a few episodes I enjoyed it! Actually thanks to pop I also discovered 80s transformers, sonic satam, archies weird mysteries, maple town and one of my favorite underrated cartoons redwall!

This is so unlike you to do a TV show. I never really watched this show, but I do love the theme song. That's about all I ever got to watch before I had to go to school.

I'm pretty sure The Proud Family did a Kwanzaa special.

I've heard of this show before, but never got a chance to see it. I seriously want to know; I mean, it's got Jim Cummings AND Rob Paulsen, my two all time favorite voice actors! The stop motion is also pretty good; nice and fluent. (P.S. Fluttershy FTW! ^^)
