Natalie999: Before worrying about republic or monarchy, we need to have a Bill of Rights, and a new Constitution, which would protect ALL, women, children, minorities, environment, animals etc. IPC has always verbally attacked the Prince & his family, so I gave him a taste of his own medicine. Finally I believe a Secular Democratic Constitutional monarchy, has benefits of both a republic and monarchy, and fits our history and tradition better. I will explain later why I think monarchy is better.

What I was doing here was avoiding future catastrophe by stating simple facts about Monarchy. Not excessive prejudice but facts about Reza Pahlavi and his isolated cult. These two martyrs were monarchists and like every other Iranian, they will have the right to express their beliefs in a future Secular Federal Democratic Republic of Iran. But if we hand Iran back to Monarchy, we will regress to dictatorship and once more back to dark ages.
