I'd like to make two points. One: because something is surgically removed from a person's body, that in no way proves that it was put there by an alien.

Two: is it possible that whatever has been removed was produced naturally by the body (kidney stones are)? Perhaps that's why there's no inflammatory response? That seems more likely than something being implanted by an alien.

Having said all of this, I do believe that ETs are visiting earth. I'd be careful about claims of "proof," though.
