Usually I'm not that big on the art when I'm watching anime, but the character design here is so distinctive and the colors are so vibrant that you get that nice warm "sleeping in late on a rainy morning" feeling just looking at the screen!

I know exactly what you mean. Its like that school morning you played sick and stayed in and snuggled up and watched this show!lol. Its very different from typical anime doesn't look the same atall,its almost disney like,or like little bear or franklin lol.
