ARE TAXPAYERS SUBSIDIZING CRACK COCAINE? NUTS AND BOLTS; FOOD STAMP VISA CARD. The card is suppose to have a computerized safeguard built into it so that the recipients cannot buy vice items like cigarets, wine or beer. I was at Walmart recently and was the checkout line behind someone using a FOOD STAMP VISA CARD. I was amazed to watch the person buy 2 liters of soda, swipe the FOOD STAMP VISA CARD, enter their pin and then get a wad of cash back. ALEX SINK IS BUSY COUNTING PAPERCLIPS!
