I wish there was more research available on binaural beats and the like. All I know is, it works for me. This gets me through dozens of research articles late at night. :) Thanks for the upload. (And if anyone knows of any research studies specifically investigating binaural beats/brainwave entertainment and concentration I'd love to know about it!)
@JackDuCoeurs HaHaHa yes tried it, then tried pursing mouth like going to whisle & moved tongue from front to back inside my mouth & it makes more entertaining sounds & also made my teeth viborate lol, ho yes keeping the eye's shut seems to enhance the affect lol.
wow i couldn't sleep the last 2 nights cause i was preparing for a talk and studying for a big exam and now the keyboard was allready starting to blurr from exhaustion but now i'm good ò___Ó really saved my life (well academicaly at least i can finish my work xD)
Sorry my mistake- shows my inexperience within this sector! binaurals are 2 tones your brain creates the other! Thanks..
You seem quite versed in such things" you dont happen to have an entrainment binaural to stop the release of untimed projected negative energy- this can be quite unconfortable when dealing in buisness matters!!
HI- you dont happen in your impressive!- collection of primarily singular tones to possess 18hz beta do you- i find the tone very stimulating 'cognitively'- Thanks
If you have any bit of fear what so ever, either dismiss it, and think positive, or do not listen to Binaurals. Fear is thought which invokes energy. whatever you think, you create. I hope this helps
what ive found correct is that after listening to lower frequencies at ~10hz, i memorize things quicker/more effectively but it comes to the price of not being able to concentrate/use skills i already have(and vice versa) as much. as an example is seem to learn tunes for the guitar quicker after listening to 10hz but i cant play stuff i already know as quick&precise. our brain seems to balance those two sides when it works at a normal wake freq of about 20hz.
@Eurobubble70 now listening to binaural beats above or below that seems to be able to push a bit in a direction. kind of like coffeine or sleeping pills.
Binurals are supposed to be the only focus. External noises, lights, or disturbances lessen the effect of your brainwaves synching to complete the "phantom wave."
Goddamn, I tried playing the one for Theta, Gamma and this one all at once... and.. wow.. HAHAHAHA, my mind dunno where to go, but it's saying I have to stop listening to all three at once. XD
@antsee well when i listen to BB's, beta especially, my mind seems to create its own music in my head, and i can control it :) its awesome cuz sometimes it sounds so clear, like a string orchestra or an organ.
When given binaural beats or even some sort of white noise, your imagination can mess around and create sounds in your head. try listening to static on the radio while resting on your back blindfolded. its crazy.
@CanadianStoner1001 Not recommended for people with epilepsy from I hear, I would look it up though, because I had a few seizures when I was younger but these beats have never given me problems. Its when I was trying to use BB and LED Lights to synchronize my brains waves when I almost seizured again.
@CanadianStoner1001 nope the listener of binaural beats always need to use headphones to actually let the effect take place, because the point of binaural beats is to have a different tone in each ear, which can stimulate brainwave activity.
@ atthespeckofdawn ~ That's because Beta is related to physical activity and external focus. You're not suppose to listen to this one to fall asleep. Based on my current understanding, It would be more beneficial to wake up to Beta binaural or meditate with them at the beginning of the day.n Give Theta or Alpha or better yet, some sort of combination a try for a quick way to fall asleep. It's helped me a lot.
I don't understand how to use it...Do I have to listen to it a lot so I can be more concentrating?
And how often is a lot?
Also, which is better for studying? I'm having problems at education I was good before but now I'm repeating years at university..will this help? please help me, thanks. bye bye
@atthespeckofdawn Lucid dreams are dreams that you have total CONTROL of. I imagine if i was in control of my dream, i would not make it nightmarish. So, i would say you aren't having lucid dreams buddy. Do your research. There are many different techniques you can practice tell help induce actual LUCID dreaming which could help you to eliminate your nightmares.
@atthespeckofdawn It seems as if your exaggerating a bit. But I have found that they will make just about anybody dream . I have strange dreams as well , but I cant unless I fall asleep with them. I LOVE them though , I have a collection of them . Some of them can even get you high , but it takes about an hour .
@atthespeckofdawn aye , if you're having lucid dreams then u need to just learn how to control them...next time if its nightmarish then fly away or levitate them and throw them or shoot a magic force out of ur hands or something or turn it into a rabbit or something,,i know it sounds crazy lol but i'm serious, u have unlimited magic/powers in ur dream especially when u can control them....unless u meant u had a nightmarish "vivid dream" and not lucid .
@atthespeckofdawn this is the last one you want to listen to before bed. start with theta and then do delta, or just do delta. beta is for the most intense thinking

Thanky anyways, this seems to be really pulling me through my tired-phase of the night.

Oh I see, so that's how it works, on the left side of my headphones, all three have the same notes, but as I listened to the right side only:
Theta: Lowest
Gamma: Highest
Beta: Near high
