there are several reasons why they cant pass the law

1.People assmebly on the internet so it violates 1 part of the 1st amendment

2. it violates the right to petition against a law due to the fact that anyone opposing the law gets jailed and fined

3. They actually would be do more harm then they would good with the law

1) These companies that we are supposedly "stealing" from, are charging us much more then what it costs for them to make their products.

2) Said companies are making millions if not billions a year, and are so damn money hungry wanting more, and will censor the internet in hopes of doing so.

And anyways, this was brought up years ago, and nothing happened. And if it goes through, it will take a very long time to be set into motion.
