I was eleven when I left there. We evacuated and I missit so much.I can't wait to go back after two years, I'm moving back when I can.I thank you for caring enough to put this up.He's really good too.
It was a standing room-only audience that knew this was Conrad's last song, and most were singing along including Morgan Freeman and his business partner Bill Luckett @ 02:33 min. It was really quite touching. The audience was GREAT, unfortunately the camera microphone just picks up a lot of extra noise. This performance was in Mississippi just a few months after Katrina and most in the audience experienced the effects directly.
This Randy newman is just a fantastic number, yo played it nicely and with lots of poetry. it's so sad that the truth of it came again to life after KAtrina. I keep the people of Nawlins in my prayers and I thank you for this 'cause you have a big heart ! Peace Conrad !
