This video is for a concert. She used to sing as part of the group "Morning Musume."

"Suppin to Namida" (the song title) literally means "A make-up less face and tear(s)" She didnt write it, the lyrics were written by Tsunku & the composition by KAN; however, it was basically written for her.

The song (in a nutshell) takes place after a broke up; she is moving out recalling all the memories. I'm not sure what you mean by the title, but only a few lyrics were in English (common for Japn songs)
