I know you've stated that deliverance is a "process", I've been doing this for a couple of weeks and they're still not all gone. I still feel them manifesting in my body, especially my head area. But I can also feel them move when I'm doing self-deliverance. I feel movement in my foot, my legs- but again, always the most on my forehead and top of head.
