I'm wondering about a different scenario. Is it at all possible that obama and the top heads of the federal government were trying to start maybe a war between America and Mexico to make it so the Federal Government could launch a plan to start the North American Union? Think about it for a second, if the guns the fed has sold to Mexico were used to start a war with America then the US Government would have full military powers to invade and take mexico over, getting us a step closer to the NAU.

I think the "North American Union" has much to do with it and remember Reagan gave amnesty to millions of illegals - Bush turned his head the other way while our border was violated by foreign trespassers, not all of them Mexican. However, that said, these violators will vote "Democrat", not Republican and with their rapid breeding rate this will become a one party system and it certainly won't be Republican, not that I am a member of either.

@RevisHill I agree with ppsimmons - Vote your congressman OUT OF OFFICE. The highest power any registered voter in America has is their vote, but please don't just sit back and say, "there's nothing I can do" because you can. Share information with your friends and ask them to share it. The power of the internet is amazing - you send to 20 and if ten of those send to ten each and those to ten each and so forth - in just 5 forwards, the email (i.e. the message) has reached 1,000,000 people.

@rapskallion When it comes to political activities, the highest power a voter has IS their vote - if they will only use it. I'm not downplaying our so-called constitutional rights by any means, but I was referring to politics. I say "so-called" because, sadly, it seems even our constitutional rights are slowly being taken away and like cows to a slaughter, we're just putting our heads down and shuffling along the path allowing the government to take our rights.

What I'd like to know is this - just what is it going to take for Americans to stand up & DEMAND a stop to all this behavior? Illegals march on our cities demanding recognition & citizenship, people of a very foreign "religion" demand special treatment & both get it. Yet we Americans sit back & write comments & complain. Why aren't WE marching on Washington DC & demanding our country back, our laws enforced & our politicians to work on OUR behalf .. the people they were elected to represent.

@giovanone Currently there are more Americans but given the rate the hispanic population is growing in America - much faster than predicted - if we don't put a stop soon to illegals coming across our southern border, we're gonna lose. I have U.S. census maps showing hispanics have taken over ALL of southern Texas (highest population), large parts of Arizona &many counties in California & another census map that shows hispanics w/ the largest population in MOST of the U.S. west of Mississippi.

@MrCMFields it's not just a large influx of Latinos into the US - although yes that is happening - it is also the widespread practice of abortion and birth control by the "native" American population that's hurting us. I've heard it said that nature abhors a vacuum. Maybe the sin of abortion has in part brought about the large influx of hispanics to help replace all of our own population killed by abortion, and prevented by contraception.

@RevisHill - I'll also write my senators and congressman. One of them is Sherrod Brown. That will be like writing to BHO himself. I've contacted him about the debt ceiling and he replied with a bunch of bull about how we can't default, yada, yada, yada. He's about as lib as they come and is so deep up Hussein's rear it's not even funny. My congressman is a conservative but we'll see, and our other senator is a freshman that seems to be turning into one of "them" already. We're screwed. REVOLT!

@ceomeye Mexico needs to take action and prosecute their own criminals - it's not the U.S.'s responsibility. So although I hate seeing the news reports of innocent civilians being killed in Mexico, it's Mexico's responsibility to clean up their own country - not ours. Our responsibility is to secure our borders, protect OUR citizens and prosecute those who violate U.S. law on OUR lands - not Mexico's. How is that not common sense?
