i had a freind, a football defensive lineman, who at the end of 8th grade could do very close to what atheistguy discribed, it's very unlikly but possible to lift that at that age. we are going to be seniors, he can lift almost 400lbs now while i cant lift 190
Its ok, since I last posted I'm up to 220kg on bench and I'm now in 5th grade. I improved my lift to age ratio by cutting down real low on my carbs and upping my orangejuice intake for some extra vitamin c just like my coach said. I've lost about 47 days off my age which allows me to qualify for the 5th grade division.

You're obviously strong but your strength-to-weight ratio (i.e. pull ups) is totally lacking. Your form on those pull ups was horrible. I'd say those counted as about 3 real pull ups. You weren't going down all the way or coming up all the way. You'll get more results from using better form, too.
