The Rasmus aren't really bothered anyways, they've said it themselves... If they're not bothered, then why should you guys be? They're the writers and owners of the song, and if they're not bothered, then it's not our problem.

If The Rasmus were bothered by it, they'd have made a complaint, or done something about it... They wouldn't have let Tokio Hotel release it with a video and play it in concert many times over, would they? Give it up. The Rasmus aren't bothered.

i love tokio hotel, and i used to listen to the rasmus a lot when i was younger, and the second i heard 'spring nicht', i recognized this song in the beginning. i do not think it's right for tokio hotel to use this riff. i believe they copied the rasmus

TH isn't making anything by themselves, they also stole the "Schrei" or w/e it was, from P.O.D (Set it off).They also stole one intro from Linkin Park (They made it abit faster) Etc.

Everyone needs to shurrup goin on bout TH 'stealing' The Rasmus' riff ... TH didnt know till after, and The Rasmus have said they like Tokio Hotel n spoke bout this in an interview n theyre not bothered! Besides both songs are totally different after the intros... so STFU and enjoy the music!! :)

I read somewhere that Tokio Hotel are known to steal riffs from other bands such as Metalica. I haven't listen to much Metalica so I can't judge on that but the two songs sounds TOO similar for me to think that they didn't copy.

The Rasmus themselves said in an interview that they think TH have potential and don't hate TH for "stealing" their riffs, so I'm not going to either.

People plzzz it's obvious that a lot of song can sound alike... all the music has already been created, so stop says things about both bands, thiis it's just a casuality... and if you are a REAL musician you can notice that the riff is not copied EXACTLY, this one is more simple than Tokio Hotel's

Many people say "Tokio Hotel have just borrowed the intro", but that's pure bull. I myself is a big fan of Tokio Hotel and follow every step they take, but I don't shut my eyes for what they do. Tokio Hotel have, aware or not aware, stolen the intro to Rasmus song. And that's it, nothing more to speak about. The both songs are very different thought and does not sound the same, so I do never care when I listen to Don't Jump/Spring Nicht by Tokio Hotel because I know they make their own sound.

This song by The Rasmus is from their old album Dead Letters from 2003 !!!!!!!!!!!! And Spring Nicht from 2006 or 2007 !!!!!!!! So ?! Who had stolen ?! TOKIO HOTEL!
