First of: I don't think that deleting comments or spamming or such things is an accetable behaviour. -
But I think it is too easy, to say: Haters(I say haters here for all kind of these people, i hope you know what i mean) are a failure of evolution. But in fact I think, they are mostly our(the societys) failure. We all(there are exceptions for sure) want the best for ourselfs.
So we accept that our governments decide (for us! I don't want to blame governments) that education (e.g. University) is something that people should pay for. And we also accept that there will be people who can't pay it. We accept that people get laid of, get replaced by robots, so that we can buy cheaper things (and with buying the cheap things, we directly say: "yeah, thats an acceptable behaviour to me", because of the rules of our market).
). We accept that people with illness and problems don't get help any more. We accept that old people are getting more and more worthless(I don't think anyone is worhless! But i have seen it myself: Old people often are held almost like prisoners!!) in our society. We accept that people without money or might are not worth to be listend to.
