Wonderful Robert, just the one I needed this very moment. I have been tapping daily for 3 months and went to an eft-session (no faster eft in sweden - yet) six days ago to experience a session with a practitioner and have felt miserable, shaky and uncomfortable since which I have been wondering about. A lot of tapping addressed to this but there is a "cry-lump" that seems to be unreachable. Perhaps it's been really deep down and needs persistance as you say. Longing to release this one. Love <3
See my video response based on my observation and experience with people getting too sick to show up for their healing opportunity. Love & Peace, Grace
Its great you put this up because I have tapping clients that get freaked out when after a deep tapping session with me, they say they feel in bad moods and have a bunch of negative stuff racing through their minds. They get confused and think that the Tapping is making them worse, but I try to tell them what you said. Its great I can refer them to this video now. It will help a lot actually.
your body is a temple ? this is a kind of religious personal believe . citing the bible as well . you should stick to an impartial technical approach .
First of all it is not religious but rather logical it is a place which you store your stuff-your mind. Citing the bible, Buddha, Edison or anything else is really about beliefs. Your believe in impartial technical is a personal belief as well we must be adjustable.
That is common but you can notice that you are tired and tap on the feeling of being tired. The feeling of being super relaxed is normal because you are releasing stress and emotional stuff. Robert
So Robert, it's not resistance? It's just the self saying "great, I've got more of this stuff in the basement, hang on a sec..." like when you're cleaning and decluttering? I thought it was resistance, but, the way you're describing it....I like your way better. Sounds great!
I often find that when I try to improve things in my life everything gets worse which makes me afraid of trying, but your advice about being persistence and switching thoughts to positive things when it gets tough is really useful.
What do you think of the "amygdala" as the centre in our brain that controls emotions/moods? Really interested in your responce ?[ video if you get the time]
I tap one feeling and another come and more,,. I discover feelings that I didnt know i had. Thanks. And I recommend it, she did it and she begin to have nocturne terror again, she is afraid she lose her mind literally. when is something so strong what you recomend? also do you have someone on Chile that she can go to?
. I need more videos about lose weight and smoking habitm do you think that you can upload some? thanks . hug

I often start feel very, _very_, tired after ~4-8 rounds of tapping.
Tired at the level: 'you will go to sleep right now, no more tapping for you my friend'
Is this a signal from your body that you've worked 'enough' on something for that moment. "Go get some sleep and continue later"?!?
