And the same goes for warcraft and the original warhammer too. Blizzard approached the games workshop with the idea of a warhammer strategy. They were turned down so they made their own world. (though, remarkably similar one...)

Zerg seems very overpowered in this vid, but think about all the other vids. Toss and Terran both have their strengths too. I've never known blizzard to be the type to be fit with an imbalance. What are they? EA? I don't think so. Anyways also keep in mind how much each of those zerg units cost. For example you have to build a fuckload of lings, then you have to have enough cash to morph them. Remember Guardians and Lurkers in sc1? Both costed a fuckload of gas.

ye after looking at alot of the sc2 vids ive been thinking zerg look pretty OP in sc2.. the fact that zerglings can mutate into those green exploding things is insane, Zerglings when making an attack normally mostly die anyway, so the green ones definitely die and get to do rediculous damage aswell? op..

At 3:22 it took 5-6 hits for the top left ultralisk to kill the middle viking, but only three hits for the ones to the left and right. I think this means ultralisks have splash damage.

At :50 a second nydus worm had to come up to finish the job so it seems like nydus worms will work more like transports rather than the portal-ish nydus canals. Hopefully that means it won't be incredibly unbalanced with the ability to come up anywhere.
