I use an iMac computer, so this may be inaccurate for you if you use a PC. But what I do is download the episodes online, then open and edit them in Final Cut Express. For a PC, if you're looking for something free, Windows Moviemaker is what you'll look for. But if you have access to pirated software (or are willing to splurge) go for a combination of Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas.
