書き出し方法なのですが、実は・・・

ビットレートを画質が悪くなるギリギリまで落としただけなのです­＾＾；

あとは、キャプチャーする時にもこれまた画質落ちるギリギリまで­落としてあるので、この画質で書き出せるのかと思います。あまり­詳しくはありませんでスイマセン；；
