Even if it was dark outside silver is WHITE! you can easily see he looked nothing like sonic even with his outline. His hair is proof enough of this. What a moot point. Also he was not tired. When you play as sonic even when you beat silver he still is able to hold sonic down. How does that make sense? They were just to lazy to make a alternate cutscene more than likely. Regarding shadow vs silver why isn't it explained how them both using chaos control causes time travel? Explain that please.

Also 06 is better then Adventure 2 in my opinion so you can't change it. Furthermore Silver was tired out he didn't have enough energy to use his telekinisis. And it was nighttime, Amy just saw a Hedgehog's outline and assumed it was Sonic.
My advice is to stay as far away from this one as possible; especially if you’re a Sonic fan. After spending 700.00 on a console this is like a kick in the teeth. This game should be cancelled.

The story in the game is stupid. Love between an animal and a human should never be established. Maybe a friendship but anything beyond that is just sick. No I'm not. I love this game alot. It's one of my personal favorite Sonic games. That's because most of the fans are idiots who don't know what a good storyline is. The games are much better with lots of playable characters, the story is perfect, the programming isn't horrible. @w0nd100 The camera angles are nowhere near as bad as they were in Sonic Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog, the story is perfect, a very emotional and engaging epic masterpiece, and while buggy it still is very fun. Sonic Team respects this game because they put Crisis City in Sonic Generations.

Dave Halverson of Play Magazine gave the game an 8.5 out of 10 which means great. She fell in love with Sonic. He made her happy for the first time in 10 years so of course his death is going to affect her. Also when you have lived with no hope and someone gives you a chance to hope again (Silver and Mephiles) no matter how shady they are you are naturally going to trust them. The Duke did that to stop the world from being destroyed, there was no other way, and there aren't any plot holes.

Actually no. The 8.5 score is for the Xbox 360 version. Dave Halverson stated that he will give praise and honor to the 360 version but not for PS3 iteration because it runs marginally worse despite the extra development time.
The only supposed plot hole is the Blue Chaos Emerald thing and that is only a plot hole if someone doesn't realize how time travel works. When an object is taken out of a point in time and brought to another then a replica of sorts is created to fill the void left

Meaning that until the events of 06 were cancelled out there have always been two blue Chaos Emeralds, one with Elise throughout her life, and the other with Sonic whenever he goes Super. Blaze didn't die, she went to another dimension aka the Rush dimension. As for the Duke, once the host dies Iblis gets released. Sealing it in Elise was the only way to keep the world safe. True Iblis would have been freed eventually by Elise's death but it was delayed this way.

Even if it was dark outside silver is WHITE! you can easily see he looked nothing like sonic even with his outline. His hair is proof enough of this. What a moot point. Also he was not tired. Also 06 is better then Adventure 2 in my opinion so you can't change it. Furthermore Silver was tired out he didn't have enough energy to use his telekinisis. And it was nighttime, Amy just saw a Hedgehog's outline and assumed it was Sonic.

The fact is he's more Human then Hedgehog and if interspecies relationships between a Fox and a Plant, an Echidna and a Bat, a Crocodile and a Rabbit, and a Hedgehog and a Squrriel are acceptable in the Sonic universe, then a Hedgehog and a Human are allowed to be in a romantic relationship as well. The rest of the glitches can only occur by fault of the player looking for them. No I'm not. I love this game alot. It's one of my personal favorite Sonic games. That's because most of the fans are idiots who don't know what a good storyline is. The games are much better with lots of playable characters, the story is perfect, the programming isn't horrible. Most of the glitches can only occur if the player is going out of their way to find them/make them happen, and the Game is more focused on platforming than speed (which is how it's supposed to be) which is awesome!

@pkstarstorm1up Well you asked for a reasonable logical answer without cussing and i gave one one, over all the game got low scores, im not telling anyone to hate this game, if people like it they like it, but games that are good usually get good scores from at least one site...the highest score out there was 68/100 ...which is average, and that was ONE site.

@w0nd100 the story is a matter of opinion so it's like I can convince people that it sucks but there were so many plot holes in that it's ridiculous, not to mention it's liek the design team wasn't even paying attention to what they were doing. Some scenes that take place in certain time periods change for no reason other that the fact they weren't paying attention to what they were doing. @w0nd100 as for shadow the hedgehog, nintendo power gave it an 8/10 the rest of the reviews gave it like 4's so yeah that game sucked too.. you are basically listing other games that sucked to make it seem ok the next gen game sucked. It was the first sonic game on the NEXT GEN console, it should have been amazing should have been something new and exciting, not that buggy nonsense, so there is my reasoning behind it. Personal opinion mixed with ACTUAL reviews.

@w0nd100 as for a perfect story...i don't know what you define as perfect. a Naive hedgehog goes back in time and is told to kill someone no questions asked from a creepy shadowy figure. Logical....the king puts his daughter in danger, not to mention the world by locking a dormant god inside her, and the one thing that keeps it from coming out is her crying..ok because teenage girls dont cry, she did a good job until she met a hedgehog for 4 days

Dave Halverson of Play Magazine gave the game an 8.5 out of 10 which means great. She fell in love with Sonic. He made her happy for the first time in 10 years so of course his death is going to affect her. Also when you have lived with no hope and someone gives you a chance to hope again (Silver and Mephiles) no matter how shady they are you are naturally going to trust them. The Duke did that to stop the world from being destroyed, there was no other way, and there aren't any plot holes.

@w0nd100 .for instance Elice had the blue chaos emerald her whole life...yet the past games you clearly use the 7 chaos emerlads...and this isnt the comic where there are tons, this game has 7 emeralds thats it...so she had this one her whole life what one was sonic using? When blaze sealed the flames inside her and then died, everything was fine...why didnt the duke seal it inside him since he was dying already anyway instead of putting it in his kid?

@w0nd100 i like how sonic runs off to leave amy to fight silver, even though he could not beat silver himself when they first fought...buildings change colour from one scene to the next, the SAME building might i add. infact the whole building changes design from scene to scene. There are tons more mistakes in this game that could have easily been avoided.

@w0nd100 Sonic did that because Amy is actually physically stronger then Sonic as she is one of the only people that he has shown actual fear of, so she could take care of herself. Also seeing as how Silver knew Amy he assumed that he wouldn't hurt her. Okay that is just a pointless nitpick and that has nothing to do with the story and anyway I've never noticed that.

Actually no. The 8.5 score is for the Xbox 360 version. Dave Halverson stated that he will give praise and honor to the 360 version but not for PS3 iteration because it runs marginally worse despite the extra development time.
The only supposed plot hole is the Blue Chaos Emerald thing and that is only a plot hole if someone doesn't realize how time travel works. When an object is taken out of a point in time and brought to another then a replica of sorts is created to fill the void left

Meaning that until the events of 06 were cancelled out there have always been two blue Chaos Emeralds, one with Elise throughout her life, and the other with Sonic whenever he goes Super. Blaze didn't die, she went to another dimension aka the Rush dimension. As for the Duke, once the host dies Iblis gets released. Sealing it in Elise was the only way to keep the world safe. True Iblis would have been freed eventually by Elise's death but it was delayed this way.
