i can't see the commands... like you have in your desktop... pls help me i have ready the scratchTools-install.jar and installed but on the folder there's no commands as you have in your desktop... thanks you for the help!!!

@mixdjjuan - As I said in the video, you have to set the commands up yourself. Please visit the ScratchTools forums and read all the guides and tutorials on how to setup and use ScratchTools.

heyy ive got a major problem!

everytime i create a Crate.. when i close and reopen Serato.. my Crate's seem to disappear.. sucks big time because all my effort of organising songs just disappears and i have to do it all over again.

can you help me with this plz?

Is there a way to save playlists in the prepare option? for example im doing a set later so i prepare a playlist in the order i wish to play them in say number 1 number 2 etc so i wish to save that before i get to play my set without having to keep serato open till i play.

Eh, why don't you just make a normal crate then with the songs and order them. The Prepare area is meant only as a temporary holding bin per session, if you want to save a list permanently, then that's what normal crates are for.

Right, but ScratchTools cannot "hack" Scratch Live to have or make a "crate" column. ScratchTools can reset all columns in all your crates to be the same, but only those columns which are available in Scratch Live (artist, genre, BPM, etc.).

It might be possible for ScratchTools to add the crate name to another column you don't use (like grouping, or remixer, etc), but not currently and nik39 would have to program this in.

Nice video. Is there a way to create custom columns with this? Essentially, what I would like is a "crate-location" column. Once I click on a song in the *ALL* crate. I would like to get a listing in a column showing which crate(s) the song is located in.

No, there is no "crate" column in Scratch Live.

Very powerful tool. I started to d/l but was reading through and it said to backup the files. I dont know if that means back up my external hd music? If so Im gonna have a problem cuz i dont have that much storage space. Am i reading this correctly?

It's just a precautionary measure. Though you should always have a backup of all your stuff regardless.
