smack!....dude!....lol!...hey...why not premix the electrolyte into the refill resivour, so its added automatically as the cell takes on water? just a thought! walt
oh yeah..i guess it would increase the concentration of the electrolyte as the water is used!...i like the vids youre doing....i just got home tonight with acrylic panels...brass fittings ect...lol! divin right in! walt
This idea is based on some testing I have done on my 2.5 HP Edger I found that if the pressure in the cell built up to 3 -- 4 PSI I could get the engine to run for 4 to 5 seconds just on HHO. This is something I will be testing,
What if I put a tee in the HHO line and run one end to a flow control set to a small flow rate and the other to an N/C solenoid. The flow control restriction will make the gas pressure build up in the bubbler at idle (with a pressure Cutoff Switch) then as you accelerate a switch on the throttle will energize the solenoid this will bypass the flow control giving the engine a burst of gas at acceleration
Ok had to tell you about this one Aquygen make a unit $2,300 runs on 165amps and only gets 40.56mpg makes you think how some people can sleep at night.
Hey Smack, man I've really enjoyed your videos, should have my system going this weekend, thanks for all you research, I do have a question, in your tests have you found any differences or preferences between NaOH or KOH for the unit?
What is your average mileage without the booster? I heard some guys are getting up to 60 miles a gallon with their cells. I would imagine that you would be getting more than 22 miles a gallon, with all the hydrogen that your booster is putting out.
18.5MPG without booster. 20% is all you get. Lot's of guys claiming outrageous #'s - but its bull. What happens is they become more aware of their economy and drive smarter, keep their tires pressures up and change their oil. Then they lean the hell out of their fuel mix and crow about 40 - 50 - 60 percent increases and attribute it to just the cell. Bullcrap. The Smack is way smarter than that. I can make my car get a 40% increase in mileage overall just by changing my driving habits.
That is so true I have modded out a 91civic with all things that save gas. 54mpg max is all I have ever seen. Loaned it to my friend you know what? He could not get over 40mpg the car got 30 stock. So that proves the 20percent smack rule.
Smack, in your opinion, is the same rule true for diesel engines too? From the claims I've read, it seems like they may be getting better efficiencies?
I too, am curious about the diesel results since my ride is a '99 F250 7.3L diesel. Right now I am being told that the "split-shot" two stage injectors diminish much of the potential gains. Was told that changing out to traditional single event injectors will give much better results. Just don't believe it will give enough improvement to pay for the injector swap.
Congrats on the results. I ordered the '4" to 2" heatshrink' to wrap my Smack Booster cell.
My next step is to do some testing with that, then go to the next big step (cause I aint auto/mechanically inclined) and install it in my '97 Ford Ranger pickup.
Again, great results. Keep up the good work!

p.s. BTW on your Gen II what is the plate configuration and did you wrap that too?
So how much money did u save on fuel ?

@waterandammo
See my other videos for in depth analysis and data on fuel savings.

If you have a pwm and push 20 amps through a 10 plate cell with 12 gauge 316L stainless steel do you think that it would damage the cell???
supra320man 3 years ago
I think you would be fine
EletrikRide 3 years ago
The voltage is controlled by the # of plates

You would have to mix it very dilute and keep a close eye on it

Smack Great Work with HHO I'm a big fan
I just wanted to run an idea by you and others

How long till you try to run a vehicle on pure HHO, with no gasoline? That would take a big ass generator but i bet it could be done.

It's easy! Just execute your conscience and stop caring about your fellow man. Then you can sleep like a baby.
