  • I love art quilts but never considered making one. You make it look do-able and you've inspired me.

  • In this case, yes, I am fusing the fabric down. In other quilts (such as San Lorenzo Egrets) I use bridal netting to hold the pieces down (and then pin and quilt over the netting.) Good luck!
