@darness1234 i dont know what ur goals are, strenght or bodybuilding, why its dangerous is that ur muscles are fatigue and therefor ur joints have to hold ur weight
and plyometric exercises should only be done when ur fast twitch muscle fibers are not in fatigue state otherwise you do not work them

Yeah, you're giving up. You're young, don't bother about it so much. By the way, what is a "stone of muscle" and "cba"?
Remember that if you work out too often while the muscles are developing you may not be giving them a chance to repair/build.

Piece of heavy pipe and some 2x4s fixed up the wall with lag bolts.. now you have a pullup bar. Cost? $15 max.
