  • @darness1234 i dont know what ur goals are, strenght or bodybuilding, why its dangerous is that ur muscles are fatigue and therefor ur joints have to hold ur weight

    and plyometric exercises should only be done when ur fast twitch muscle fibers are not in fatigue state otherwise you do not work them

  • i just dont n how u get tat muscley im 13 and im 8 stone im not fat! im about average muscle. i say to my self lets get 1 stone of muscle and i just cba. pull ups push ups dumbells runs i try all that and i get about a pund in a week i do about 2 hours a day so i give up am i doing anything wrong

  • Yeah, you're giving up. You're young, don't bother about it so much. By the way, what is a "stone of muscle" and "cba"?

    Remember that if you work out too often while the muscles are developing you may not be giving them a chance to repair/build.

  • @quincyonq just make one it aint too hard. just learn how to wield and it should be cool.

  • Piece of heavy pipe and some 2x4s fixed up the wall with lag bolts.. now you have a pullup bar. Cost? $15 max.
