Id have to agree there, although Slim Shady LP and Marshal Mathers LP may have been a little more lyrical, the beautiful mix of lyrics and flow with the added passion in his voice really made me love Eminem Show and thats why its my fav.

Eminem ain't a 'decent' lyricist man, he's an unhuman lyricist and if you don't think so then you haven't heard all his stuff. He can be funny, slow, fast, angry, honest, witty as fuck... He's the best MC in history.

I gave you a thumbs up for your honesty and for not showing no un-justified hate toward what u may not feel, yet u expressed your opinion the way peeps should. Personally, i love Proof, hes not 2 all peoples tastes but to me, i love his raw, slightly monotone, compound syllable combinations of word play and slick lyrics, always finding shit that you would think could ryhme with anything, ryhme. He gave Em alot of inspiration to reach his full potential and that i can see. But that my opinion.

everyone says that encore was shit. well no shit! eminem cornered the mainstream game and had no competition, so he slipped into complacency. if someone like Pun was still alive or Percee P was a mainstream star, em would never have made encore. he would have made shit like all his other albums. (everything from infinite - the eminem show is scientifically proven to be dope as motherfucking shit!!)

lol. Yeah i get ya point and i agree. As u say, its all luv still, but like sum of my other fav artists: "I miss there original styles!" Thing is, ever since 50, Em still had sum dope ryhmes, but he seems to focuz more on his "angrier" voice rather than the lyrics and compound syllable rymes. I want that style back! Funnier thing is, Em thinks his Infinite album was a mistake and that it was crap!? Whats he thinkin? Shit was off the hook!!!
