Its not just the loss of the most incredible performer of all time, that l miss when l watch this - its the interviewer and his questions..how much more genuine and interesting is his line of questioning in this interview, than any we'd hear today? - and even better, he actually allows the artist to speak!
@68deluxe Absolutely. You know he has researched the group and is aware of projects that are going on for Freddie at that time. Now interviewers read questions off cards and have no follow ups to the responses. It's quite unprofessional.
I never realized you had dimples they show clearly here, my GOD Freddie you are so beautiful, you don't look persian or indian you are uniquely Freddie. some people's looks are not defined by their nationalities and you are a perfect exemple of that, simply gorgeous.
I never realized you had dimples they show clearly here, my GOD Freddie you are so beautiful, you don't look persian or indian you are uniquely Freddie. some people's looks are not defined by their nationalities and you are a perfect exemple of that, simply gorgeous.
His eyes were so dark yet so bright. He was so hard, yet so gentle, so shy yet so confident, impatient, yet so caring, so showy yet so modest. such a perfectionist yet understanding. Bold, but with great humour. Bitchy, yet so loveable. So devoted to music, but also to life. A human, yet so godlike. An amazing man.
For some reason I wish that I could have Freddie's teeth for even just a day if I could.I think they're awesome and I wonder what they would have felt like in my mouth.I read somewhere that Freddie had extra molars which made his smile so big and adorable.Imagine smiling and eating with those teeth awesome frickin awesome! If I had his teeth I would be running my tongue over them all the time.Tell me if you think this is weird.I WANT THOSE TEETH! GIMMIE JUST GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE THOSE TEETH!!!!
Those teeth are a part of the amazing sounds that came out of his mouth ... but apart from that ... they couldnt have been very easy if you hear the sounds he made when he swallowed
Freddie's teeth are great. They give him so much character. He knew his teeth were his trademark, and had a great sense of humor about them. He once said he might form another band with Rod Stewart and Elton John and call it "Nose, Hair, and Teeth"! I cannot imagine any well known singer today who would go around with teeth like that and leave them natural. Freddie was the best - we won't see his likes - or his talent - again.
@TheClassica87 oh, i forgot to mention that he had 4 teeth more than humans usually have and they were pushing his front teeth out. in my previous post i was referring to removing the 4 additional in the back!
Yeah I like that. Teeth (as long as they aren't rotting out, which Freddie's certainly were not doing) are a big part of a person's unique appearance. All of these Hollywood teeth these days are kind of freaky. I actually read an article about it once and how it can screw with the way our brain recognizes a person's face.
freddie i love u and i miss u sooo much, u were such a naturala nd funny person ..ohh yes, i miss your music too, but i can always hear it on youtube haha, by for now :)
He remind's me of James Dean Bradfield in his manner , as when he is asked a certain question he doesn't shy away from, it he either ignore's it or confront's it head on questioning the interviewer back! lol
I just love this man, well in a non gay way. He made ace music, made it with feeling, and he admits that he did it for money. This is something most musicians are lacking... nowadays all three things. Bad music, no feeling, they say bullshit. He is an example for musicians and for people aswell.
In interviews with his old gal friend she said that Freddie didnt have his teeth fixed because he worried that it would affect how he sang buy changing the shape of his mouth. I can understand that.
@imputanium In the description field of the 2nd part you wrote: "See 1st part. This part he talks about Michael Jackson" . In fact, here it explain about "musical prostitute"...
Undoubtedly the most talented musician who ever lived. He died a few weeks before I was born, and I bet he would be ecstatic to know that people born after his passing are still listening to his words and music. I adore how real he was. Same on camera as off. One of the biggest inspirations of my life.
Some interesting words from Freddie about his collaboration with Michael Jackson (from 1984) and the forthcoming songs later this year (2011) that probably will end up on the MJ duets album...
freddie and michael were friends how ironic the two icons of the century actually worked on some material I herd two of the songs they recorded and was impressed how well they sound together who knows what might of happened I do know Michael was a big Queen fan and even wanted Freddie to be on "Thriller" that would of been cool too see.
I really like this interview! I'm a HUGE fan of QUEEN, they're the greatest band in the world!!! I think it was a spider on the bottom of the camera at 1:18. R.I.P Freddie.Mercury...'' I STILL LOVE YOU''. P.S he has the most beautiful and unique teeth i have ever seen. ;) HE IS SO GORGEOUS.

@LittleMissAwsumChic I know. They were fairly close for a while in the late 70s and early 80s. Michael used to go and see Queen whenever they played the L.A. Forum. I think he really respected their talent, particularly Freddie's. The demos of those three songs they did together are still great to listen to. I especially like their duet of "There Must Be More To Life Than This." And I prefer Freddie on "State of Shock" over Mick.
It must be nice to be so talented where you just throw together a song like Under Pressure. To me,that song is a masterpiece. Most people could never put something like that together even if they had 10 lifetimes to do it. He doesn't sound pretentious or technical when he speaks, he just sounds like a regular person. His talent is just so abundant that it does not seem like a big deal to him.

@SupportlivemusicNC Freddie had a powerful charisma - that's what made men and women alike so attracted to him. Straight, gay, men, women - it didn't seem to matter. Freddie had all kinds of people in his life who really loved him. It's too bad he never seem to realize how much. His personality, warmth, and charisma seemed to transcend his sexuality. Elton John, Brian May, Mary Austin, Jim Hutton, Monserret Caballe - all seen weeping at his funeral. You can't get a more diverse group.
How come the material with MJ hasn't been released yet? Apparently Jacko caught Freddie snorting coke @ Neverland thus leading Michael to say, 'How dare you use an intoxicating substance in my home, shame on you!'
People that don't like Queen because Freddie was gay or people who make fun of his teeth strike me as incredibly stupid. Get over it, losers!
It's like saying Einstein's theories weren't valid because he had messy hair; it's just ignorant! Freddie Mercury was a musical genius and lived his life the way HE wanted. I think people get insecure because Freddie was more masculine and a bigger star than their lame cockrocker heroes.
@JoshSitar well said! Quite frankly I loved his mouth and his teeth I was so glad he never had them "fixed" these days everyone wants to look just like everyone else, the more character a person has in their face the better. In my humble opinion. LOVE FREDDIE!!!
@JoshSitar actually there are very few people that claim they don't like Queen because Freddie was gay. Even fewer actually mean it. However there are far more people, like yourself, who go out of their way to "defend" the poor band and flash your high ethics and open-mindness.
It's a lame invented pretext that gives you the opportunity to say that you're better than those (whom??) narrowminded people even if actually no one will stop listening to Queen because of Freddie's sexual orientation.
@Drojdier Consider yourself fortunate that you didn't have to grow up around the ignorant white trash to which I had to be subjected. It's cute that you're assuming that I'm as intellectually dishonest as yourself, but I don't need to play the games you accuse me of playing to get my kicks in life.
@JoshSitar On YT, and Internet in general, 95% of what people say is bullshit or at the very least exagerated. So I will assume you are being dishonest no matter how many pretty words and phrases you throw around. And 95% sure, I'm right. I'm also pretty sure your life has been very very traumatic by being "subjected" to white trash radiation and whatnot but why don't you tell that in their faces instead of coming on YT and posting a tirade against no one in particular. I could answer that...
@JoshSitar That's all you can come up with? That's your argument? You know, that thing you wear on your shoulders, isn't there just to prevent rain pouring down your throat...
I HATE to see him ruin his beautiful voice...how reckless can a guy be??! He smoking, drinking huge gallons of beer...o the horror...but that's Freddie, innit?
Man, that's the most honest interview i saw. I'm sure that many people will hate him after viewing this interview but his honesty is what created Queen's Singer. RIP buddy.
Freddie truely was one of God's masterpieces!!! An all-around incredible guy. Now he is up in Heaven singing with the angels! (I'll love you forever Freddie)!
@piss666off - I'm not concerned with that you twit! God really isn't so concerned with our physical sexuality. And your religious beliefs are your own. Have a super day.
@piss666off And according to the same Bible you're supposed to be stoned to death if you wear clothing that's made of more than one type of fabric....
Have any stone ready? Then apply your religion to yourself!
Hahahaha, oh pisso666off, you're such a wag! Winding all the Freddie fans up! You naughty boy! And I bet you're no stranger to a cock yourself! Shame on you... shame!

To me his character defines COOL. An absolute rockstar. R.I.P. Freddie!

I agree.......

@JoshSitar well said! Quite frankly I loved his mouth and his teeth I was so glad he never had them "fixed" these days everyone wants to look just like everyone else, the more character a person has in their face the better. In my humble opinion. LOVE FREDDIE!!!

@JoshSitar agreed, that's just a bunch of stupid Americans who will never realize what worldwide superstars Queen was.

@tomtom2play Hey now,I'm American and I know they were the best there ever was or will be.

JoshSitar 9 months ago 3
@JoshSitar On YT, and Internet in general, 95% of what people say is bullshit or at the very least exagerated. So I will assume you are being dishonest no matter how many pretty words and phrases you throw around. And 95% sure, I'm right. I'm also pretty sure your life has been very very traumatic by being "subjected" to white trash radiation and whatnot but why don't you tell that in their faces instead of coming on YT and posting a tirade against no one in particular. I could answer that...

@Drojdier You, cur, are a troll. Stop it, please.

@JoshSitar That's all you can come up with? That's your argument? You know, that thing you wear on your shoulders, isn't there just to prevent rain pouring down your throat...

@snugglebugpch88 Sorry. Gays get a one way ticket to Hell according to the Bible.
piss666off 1 year ago
@piss666off - I'm not concerned with that you twit! God really isn't so concerned with our physical sexuality. And your religious beliefs are your own. Have a super day.
snugglebugpch88 1 year ago
@piss666off And according to the same Bible you're supposed to be stoned to death if you wear clothing that's made of more than one type of fabric....
Have any stone ready? Then apply your religion to yourself!

@Rawego The Bible has taught millions of people around the world what good and evil is. If Freddy had read it he would still be alive.
