After looking at some other MewThree's and then looking at this one with mew and mew two, this one is by far, A GREAT FAR, the best. It follows a progression from simple to developed. The horns turn from ears, to nubs to actual horns, the tail comes up further in the segment, the yellow is just a superb toutch. A great job here more than artistically, but pseudo-biologically, evolutionary and just a great understanding of the progression.
