  • Esta rola es una de las mas chingonas y sin duda también el anime es uno de los mejores

  • I loved this song I didnt known if it was on here so uploaded myself its amazing song and dose the movie justice great video by the way.

  • Latin Oo

    Great!

  • this is a beautiful song however since latin is a dead language no one know's how it truly sounds like. Still this is wonderfully done imo.

  • @negimanumberonefan I don't think its quite dead. They were using latin in catholic mass until the mid 60s.

  • @areoborg sry man but it is dead they were useing what they think latin sounds like the true sounds of the words is lost.

  • @areoborg I agree with this, but because they are japanese singing the language I feel they messed some of the words up, I noticed they added a syllable to one, but I do love this song nonetheless.

  • BTW, anyone who dislike this must be from hell, a Hild servant and a greater looser than Mara XP! (with all your respect)

  • 1:12 the climax gives me shiver down to the spine, is so magical!! one of the most beautiful scenes in Anime history, and the composition is marvelous. AMG! Movie forever :3!!

  • i got goose bumps

  • that sent shivers down my spine *u*

  • i want this song <3

  • its in latin

  • Comment removed

  • It is. What makes your thought credible? I didn't think that its latin but I know that it is. My school's choir uses similar lyrics and the song is in latin. Google the lyrics and you'll realise it is latin

  • thing is that the voice actors don't speak latin, and are singing the song phonetically. i myself wondered if it was latin, because the words had that sort of latin feel to them, but they're just singing with japanese accents.

  • @Darkpaint84 Okay, so I wasn't going crazy when I heard Latin words before I looked up the lyrics. Great song though~

  • Japanese solist (esp. Inoue Kikuko) + Polish symphonic choir and the effect is.. well... orgasmic.... or at least ecstatic :P

  • wow so...i don't know the word cuz there is no word to how good that sounded

  • i love this song and also the video.

  • wats the name of this song

if you kno send me a message

  • coro di dea megami tachi utagoe is the name of the song

  • wuts the name of thiss song?

  • i have this song if u would like i could send it 2 u if u give me your email adress if want

  • coro di dea megami tachi utagoe

  • Anyone who have that song, plz message me as soon as possible. Thank u.

  • Very nice song despite its very very free pronunciation of latin words!

  • They're probably singing it phonetically since the performers likely cannot speak in Latin. Also they are singing with Japanese accents. All the more reason why this is an exceptional work.

  • Real Translation:

Your joy is proof that you've shared your happiness with someone.Your sadness is proof that you've shared your suffering with someone.Even if the road is rough, you'll have a better life than with no one around.Proof of like is something everyone holds in his heart. What counts is finding it and believing in it.Every persono had love, courage, and hipes in their heart.Everyone is waiting for that door to open. If only you can grasp that, the rest u have to hear.

  • Where can I find the latin lyrics? I have searched everywhere and I cant find them. I love this song.

  • here they are for one and all!

    Felicitas cum amicis communicata est

Tristitia est communis dolor cum omnibus amicis

    Per aspera vita beata est

    Causa vivendi omnibus

    Invenire credere magni momenti

    Fores aperiendi

    Fores aperiendi

    tempus est

    certe

  • much better when the volume is up it makes me feel like i'm vibrating

  • ok, i have no idea who the hell translated this part of movie but its done wrong! Its very visible at the end. they said twice "Fores aperiendi" and they translated "if you can only grasp that, someone (world) will smile for you" THATS NOT IT, merely "gate must be opened"x2! whole lyrics are wrong, btw

Video is itself great, i love this song especially because i speak latin

  • I just wondered about the translation cause the sentences are so long in english and so short in latin.

Could you translate it right? (or someone else)

  • I will not tear up

    I will not tear up

I will not.... ah who am I kidding.

    beautiful.

  • i love this song

  • such a beautiful song.... magnificent^^

  • i love this song

  • do u own the movie?

if so, if u can, cut it up into pieces and post it. i luv Ah! my goddess and i really want to see the movie. the song is great, anyway

  • Why don't you buy it?

DVD video quality is much better than yt.

  • nevermind. i found it somewhere else

  • Where at?

  • if you realy wanna find this song like on limewire or something its Coro Di Dea

  • Coro Di Dea megami tachi no utagoe is romaji title, English is Chorus of Goddesses. I noticed some Latin in background like "Dea" (Goddess) or "Venire, Credere" (Enter,Believe)

  • Yeah and "Coro Di" means "Chorus Of" too.

  • I haven't seen this movie yet this scene & song is very pretty. :) I own this movie too.

  • Celestial and perfect is such a pretty song. :)

  • I found soundtrack on wikipedia and says "Chorus of Goddesses", not "Celestial and perfect".

  • Chorus Of Godesses? what's the name of the soundtrack?

  • I haven't seen this movie yet this scene & song is very pretty. :)

  • the song is celestial and perfect

  • Segunda parte:(you tube no permitio todo junto

  • Translation:

Your joy is the proof you've shared happiness with someone

Your sorrow is the proof you've shared pain with someone

The road may be steep, but it's far better than an uneventful life

    Everyone has proof of life

What's important is to find it and believe it

Love, bravery, and hope, they all exist in everyones heart

Everyone is waiting for the door to open

    And when you achieve it

The word (someone) will smile for you
