Not exactly Breakcore in true form. In some cases, could be considered gabber, a seemingly similar but not actualy very closely related genre in terms of culture. Breakcore was the child of Old skool/Ragga Jungle/ Drum 'n' Bass and IDM. Gabber was the child of Hardcore House and Techno. Although both styles take the original sound to the extreme, the two styles have very distinct features that separate one from the other such as a 4 to the floor compared to a 2-step beat.
